I ordered a large pizza and cheese bread, they told me it wasn’t ready, so they said it would 15 mins. ok…Well, they brought me the cheese bread and I told them I also had a pizza, I waited and waited until I drove back around to the pickup window and told them that I still haven’t got my pizza, so now the cheese bread is cold, they reimbursed me my money and still got NO PIZZA….??
Historically I have not been impressed with Pizza Hut but that was at the Decatur Alabama & Athens Alabama locations. I recently moved back to Moulton Alabama and this is the third pizza I have ordered from the Moulton location since I moved back. The first two were good. Although they weren't "great" they were still better than any pizza I've had at the Decatur & Athens locations. The employees were super friendly and kind, the highlight of my night. They got a part of my order wrong and fixed it immediately. I had to wait a few minutes, but it was definitely worth it with their attentive service. When I got home and was able to eat, I was sooo very satisfied. Everything was still hot and ready to eat. Pizza tasted amazing, best pizza I've had from a chain restaurant recently. The hot honey wings were scrumptious, and the cheese sticks were just right....read full review
