My recent experience at Sonic MOULTON AL, it left a sour taste in my mouth, primarily due to the unpleasant attitude and poor service provided by one of the supervisors. I feel it is important to share my experience with others who might be considering dining at this establishment.While placing my order, I specifically stated my preferences to the supervisor, requesting all the desired ingredients to be included in my sandwich. Unfortunately, when I received my order, it was glaringly evident that several items were missing. Not only was the sandwich incomplete, but the overall quality of the dish was subpar.Upon notifying the supervisor, I expected an apology or, at the very least, a willingness to correct the mistake. Instead, the supervisor displayed a nasty attitude, dismissing my concerns and refusing to accept responsibility. Their rude behavior made me feel unheard and invalidated as a customer.Food is way too expensive to be looked over!!!
