My caramel Frappuccino was ok - even though I ordered it lined with caramel, it barely was lined, just a few thin scribbled lines. Instead of being creamy it was icy, like they forgot the cream base.

This is probably the best Starbucks I have been to/ go too. Super friendly baristas!! Whenever I go to this location, the baristas make my day. Super fast too, I have been coming to this store for a bit, and I've never left disappointed. I absolutely love the baristas at this store!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Normally when I visit this Starbucks Isaac is the one who helps me at the window and is always super nice and friendly. However, this past week when I visited, there was a young lady who was all about tips to the point where she pushed the pad outside the window and asked me to fill it out now I’m all about giving tips however, when I feel pressured and doing so it makes me not want to come back and visit your location. I feel like the box outside the window is plenty to remind people to leave a tip as they should, however, please don’t do this to your customers. It’s so rude . And also, I do not need an education on how my chip card doesn’t work and I should be contacting my bank. I feel this is my business and do not need to be schooled on it. Maybe there is a reason that option had been turned off on my card.

I come here almost every day after work before studying to grab some caffeine, and the staff in the drive through are always incredibly nice and courteous. Never had a problem here.
Mobile orders are slowing down the process of serving current customers and very long. Wait times waited 15 minutes for a cup of coffee.

This is one of the better Starbucks. The staff is courteous and professional. The dining area has plenty of seating. As a matter of fact, it has the largest seating area of any Starbucks I've been in. It's located in Mountainbrook Village.

This is a relatively new Starbucks and it is very conveniently located. The parking is better than at the old site and there is a drive-thru that the old store did not have. It is a large location with plenty of seating. The only negative is that the tables are not cleaned when they are vacated. Sometimes it is hard to find a CLEAN table.

I have been in this Starbucks a few times. The service was never terrible, but my experience last Saturday really set me off. It was a Saturday morning at 8:30 am, and the place was empty. Me and a friend ordered 8 drinks through the app (to make their lives easier) and then came in and asked if we could get the Bride a drink. Staff were super sassy, and I realized they thought I meant for a drink called 'the Bride'. I said that i have gone to Starbucks before and gotten free drinks on the wedding day for the Bride. The sass continued and they told me no. I wish the story ended here. We asked they write 'bride' on the cup. The sass continued and they wrote 'bride' as small as possible on the white sticker. Oh, and they forgot the cold foam topping that came with the drink. With the cafe being empty, and is making a small request, the least they could have done is been nice. Go across the street to Santos and get a better tasting coffee, for less money, and less sass.
