Marcy, the woman who served me at the drive through window was excellent!!! She deserves a large raise. She refilled my drink while I waited in the drive through, and even brought me a small sample cup of some freshly made ice cream while I waited on my food! We even chatted a bit about the eclipse today! Overall, the interaction improved my day and she singlehandedly restored my faith in Highway 55 as a viable option for lunches while I'm working. Out of burgers, ranch, French fries, sugar, sweet tea, lemonade, spoons. Kayla was very nice and apologetic, Ordered a moose cheese steak w onion rings. Pretty decent, prob would have been better w the ranch dressing. Onion rings were very greasy and soggy. Probably out of oil to change fryers, wife had tater tots and they looked over cooked and greasy also. Service was good considering only had a server and cook working. After trying it for the first time on 4/11/2024, I had to bring my coworker with me the next day, people don’t talk about this place enough, the prices are fair, the food is good, and the service is wonderful. With very nice and well mannered servers. Easily a 10/10, 5 star all the way, and will come more in the future.
