At approximately 515 pm I went inside to order what I usually do which is a #5 sandwiches only & add a large fry. The lady took my order. The amount was about 50 cents more than usual. I paid & as I waited, I examined the receipt & also looked at the prices to see if there was a price increase & there wasn't so I pointed out the discrepancy to the lady that bagged my order because it was to go. Her name was chrissy & she immediately solved the issue. I am pleased with her resolve & it was done quickly & professional. It was a honest mistake & it's my opinion that both the lady's deserve praise for doing an excellent job! The restaurant was clean & the condiments well stocked & the food was great...A+

I ask why its 5:20am and they tell me because they got a late start. It been almost every morning I go to this location. Very disappointed.

I got a milk shake for the first time in several months and was presented with what was basically milk. Shake was supposed to be smokey mountain fudge but barely had any chocolate flavoring at all. Zero thickness.

Got a cold Big Jack sandwich after waiting about 20 minutes for four cars to get through the line. The sandwich wasn't even lukewarm it, just room temperature. This is the first time I've had bad service at a Jack's, I won't be returning to this location.

Try and avoid this location if you can. I’ve been to it a handful of times since moving to the Shoals and I’ve had a poor experience every time. It’s either a wrong order, rude interaction with staff, or being ignored in the drive-thru.I kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but I’m done. My advice, take your money to Slim Chickens across the street instead. Good food and their customer service is night and day compared to this Jack’s.
They have great food but slow service an not equipped with the essentials like lids ,napkins, ketchup.Parking: Great parking

I typically do not leave reviews but this deserves one so I had went in to order and as I was ordering one of the employees jump a said “kill it “ an said it multiple times I have no clue what she was talking about due to me not being able to see what she had saw but as soon as that had happened I was shocked and didn’t know what to do just got to do better.

Hello.Very dissatisfied. Went thru the drive thru . Sit in line for 15 mins before placing order. Places order at 4.12The order was 2 shakes. Two cups of ice cream one scoop per cup. 12$ and some change. Sit in line for almost 30 mins. I asked why it took 30 min at the window the employee said sorry we have to get the ice cream out if get freezer. Shut the window.Tasted my shake it was basically half melted and was cooked and cream ans had a watered tasted to it.Not to mention we seen an employee tote the shakes up against her shirt with no lids. Was willing to over look that and the time and the rudeness. Until my Shake wasn't worth the mess.Turned around went in. Asked for another shake. The boy working when asked to get more ice cream from the freezer.. remarked man that freezer is cold. I said don't worry about it I will pass.Then that said no wait we will fix it. After a few more minutes of waiting I asked for monet back.After another 5 mins of wait for the money back I left .. without money or ice cream.The staff was lazy .rude.The place was nasty. The service was bad. Literally the worst experience at that or any jacks ever. If I was a manager there I'd be ashamed. If I was the owner I'd be very mad.Messes can be cleaned ,orders can be corrected.Customer service can overcome lots.At least teach that. Sorry for the rant. Things need corrected.

This particular location have some very rude employees. I went to Jacks to order a double cheeseburger and the guy on the headset started talking over me. He was very rude. Please do not come to this location.
