With the exception of the young lady that took our order the test of the staff was rude and ignored us. Fries were cold and greasy. The owner should be ashamed and embarrassed to have this location.

For this to be a newer Wendy's, it was NASTY! We had to wait on our food for a while but it was hot and fresh. My husband can't have carbonated drinks, and they were out of tea. So it was a waste for him to buy a drink.

Quick advice for a snowy day. Thanks to the workers who came in to be open!!
If you can't employ enough people to open the lobby, put a sign on the door!!!! Sign on the door says dining room open till 10 pm. You get out of your car get to the door only to find it locked. This at 6 pm on a Thursday evening. Prime business hours.

I got a double hamburger meal yesterday in Muscle Shoals. The meat was so hard and dry I couldn't chew it!! I would like a refund on that meal that had to go in the garbage!! 256-291-6478.No star rating!!!!!

Got some food the other day a wrap and strawberry lemonade. They had poor attitudes and couldn't even get my order right. The strawberry lemonade was gross so was the wrap. I threw the whole thing in trash.

The last 3 times I have ordered from here it has been nothing but problems. The first time my order was wrong but you know everybody makes mistakes then the next time they keep everybody in the drive-thu line for for 20 mins not taking anybody's order then come over the intercom saying they are closed then tonight I pull up to the intercom to find out their system is down & they can't take anymore orders even though I had a mobile order that would had been on there as soon as it came back up in a few minutes. I am done with this location & all their bad management.

I ordered a baconator meal, a single hamburger, chicken nuget meal and taco salad. Waited in drive thru for 20 plus minutes. Did not get the baconator, the hamburger was a cheese burger. The chili was cold. This was almost $50 and nobody ate any of it. I hardly ever go there, now i remember
