Usually this location gives me no issues but yesterday I went thru drive thru and my boyfriend ordered our food and the lady repeated it back to us correctly but wasn’t on our ticket so I went back in after we received our food to have it fixed all that was there was a bunch of teenagers and they were really rude the cashier Alexis was also rude and the manager I assume on that shift I think her name started with a C was really rude too they fixed my food but look utterly aggravated that I wanted it remade

We had a decent meal. The fries, though hot, were not all fully cooked. The nibblers were good, but it's possible the buns had been sitting out too long. The front counter worker did a good job but didn't fully understand when I asked for an extra plate (we ordered two nibbler meals for three people). The drink machine was spewing syrup, so maybe repairs or cleaning is needed? We dined outside and noticed broken tables against the railing that really should be repaired or removed. So, overall, it was not a bad experience. The best part was the view of the sky as we ate.

This is my neighborhood Zaxby's. I order online most of the time and pick-up. It's always hot and ready. I actually like the Signature Chicken Sandwich better than Chick-fil-A. I get the spicy sauce and add lettuce and tomato. Can't beat it.

Me and a friend ate here ordered 2 club chicken sandwich’s and they were wrong asked about them being remade the manager checked my receipt as if I didn’t just order food 7 min before! Then asked for zaxbys sauce and was told there 25 cents each after the first one even tho I was never gave one at all…. But the real question is how you mess my sandwich up and have to remake it and still charge me for extra sauce?? Chicken was fresh tho just poor customer service

The chicken tenders we got were super juicy and fresh! The cheese curds weren't the greatest, but the fried pickles were okay! They have a variety of options for people to enjoy, and the salads can be made vegetarian with no chicken added.
