This is the BBQ flavor that defines BBQ for me. It's not Sweet or too Vinegary, It's "BBQ". I grew up eating this so I guess that is why this is my opinion. My opinion on Sweet is Full Moon, My opinion on Vinegary is Dream land or Archibald & Woodrowe's. Also I love their bread!

Went to Bama BBQ for the first time yesterday. The cash register girl annoyed me because she told us they were out of smoked wings, but 5 min later she was filling orders for smoked wings. We specifically asked for smoked wings when we ordered, so she could've just said "it'll be a x amount of minutes wait". The pulled pork was ok. The mac n cheese and baked beans were great. Their Dr Pepper tasted so good. I got the ribeye sandwich and it was really disappointing. I guess I should've asked what all came on it, but never would I have guessed that it was gonna be totally dressed like a hamburger. Those toppings took away from the ribeye, but really the "steak" itself was just 2 sad pieces of idk what kind of meat. It was tough, overcooked, and didn't taste good. If I ever want to drive 12 minutes for the perfect fountain Dr Pepper, I'll go back; otherwise, I'll skip this place from here on out. My disappointing meal definitely wasn't worth $18.

Been eating here for years and you cannot go wrong with anything from their menu. I love their bar b q sandwiches or even their cheese burgers.

I have always loved the food, enjoyed the atmosphere, and always had a pleasant experience...until now. The skinny girl that worked the register gave wonderful service, but she was a little too overconfident. She reassured me that everything in my order was correct, and looked me in my eyes and told me I could check behind her. I was missing a Barbeque sandwich, and didn't realize it until I got home. I felt I could trust her because of her friendliness, and I've never had issues here before. I will NEVER trust someone's word when it comes to my food again. ALWAYS, and I can't reiterate that enough, check the bags to make sure you have everything you ordered and that what you ordered is the way you ordered it. It's not just here, but ALL fast food restaurants. This was a lesson learned. I will continue to eat here, but I will ALWAYS check behind them. That was my fault that I didn't to start with. Otherwise, the food is excellent, the service is wonderful, but check your bags before you leave!!!

Labor Day, pulled pork sandwiches were good, less meat than in the past but it's been before Covid since we bought anything from Bama BBQ, I tore about 1/2 inch of the bun off the edges to reach the meat. The sandwiches had a good taste and the meat was tender, I liked that the meat was actually pulled and not cut.

Bama Barbecue and Grille is amazing. The customer service is awesome. The smoked wings are some the best I’ve ever had!Kid-friendliness: Great environment for kids, but the crowd (when I there, Friday night l) is older. If your kids are wild and want to run around throwing food, go somewhere else.Parking: Plenty of parking

My daughter called in an order of 100 wings for me. I use to live in Northport and would buy their wings all the time. The first red flag was when the person answered the phone. We asked for 100 wings and the person acted shocked and was rude, then went to see if the cook could do the order, she said yes. Well when my daughter went to pick them up, everyone one stared at her like she was not supposed to be there. She stated that the cashier just stood there and looked at her. She finally said I have a call in for 100 wings. The cook heard here and came to let her know that they ready it was only then when the cashier tried to play nice. It’s a shame that people of color are still being treated like they don’t belong. I will never buy from them again.
