I got the Buffalo chicken salad and it wasn’t first time ordering it. I was very hot. Too hot to even eat. I had to throw the $12 container away. I called to ask about it and was told maybe that was how they made that batch for today. It was extra hot. I wasted $12 on something it couldn’t even eat. The customer service was a 1 because when I called she was very rude about it.

Story time at the end. This place is awesome. It's very neat, always clean, very tasty. It's not a lot of food. If you like large portions, this is a better lunch than dinner.So, last time we ate there, there was this big dude bro and he kept mumbling. Finally said "the fruit one." Come on, big man, it won't kill you to ask for Fruity Fran. "That fruit one" slayed me. You're already in there, just order it, you know the name.Parking: Can be a little difficult to find parking at peak times.

Delicious chicken salad sandwiches with potato soup. Brought to our table. Restuarant is clean and well maintained. Only complaint, handicap parking is way at the end of shopping center where you either walk on street to get to handicap slope or carry your walker up several stairs. This is certainly not a handicap friendly establishment.My husband was with me to carry my walker up the stairs.

This was my first time trying Chicken Salad Chick, & I'll certainly be returning. The chicken salad & grape salad were delicious. My potato soup was very good. When we get back home from our trip, I'll definitely be a regular visitor there. I highly recommend Chicken Salad Chick!
