The pizza is always awesome! The only thing that I have an issue with is that I should be able to come in at 8:15 without one of the employees trying to make me feel bad for trying to dine in at that time. I get it that the dining room closes at 9 pm so I would have 45 mins to eat which is plenty of time. There's no need for the rudeness. The owner must be ok with losing money because the employees turned away so many customers while I've been there. It's happened 4 times to me already.

I haven't been to a Cicis Pizza in 11yrs. I've always enjoyed the food and atmosphere. So we visited this one. Don't get me wrong it's not a bad place to eat.The only problem I had was the young employees flirting , talking, and playing. Also not having enough pizza ready. U have all these people coming in and one person making pizza. He was sooo slow one pizza at a very long pace. I had aged 10 more years lol. Then finally the manager came out got the employees in line to work.They were out Cincinnati rolls.So they Oreo cookie pie.I think my opinion.Nope it was not good.It was kinda burnt..But think it could have been better. If they would take there time. Like they use too.Cook the food with love. I enjoyed the salad bar a lot. They had a lot of games for the kids. This isn't a bad place to eat. The place wasn't dirty. Just make sure you delegate what the workers need and want them to do. Making sure enough people are working and cleaning up . I know u my think im complaining or being boss.. No I'm not.. This is a business.They are not there to play.. Play when u are off.AlsoEnjoy your job and people, smile and show great hospitality.Let's have a great day.. I know because I'm in customers service too.. But over all it is a nice place to eat as much pizza at a affordable price. I will go again with my grandkids and family.Vegetarian options: They can make you a veggie pizza or you can try the salad bar. Spinach, All veggies or you could ask them to make it the way u like it.Dietary restrictions: They can make you a veggie pizza or you can try the salad bar.Kid-friendliness: They have a lot of fun games for kids and adults.Wheelchair accessibility: Someone in wheelchair can reach food and drinks . Food is good.Atmosphere is overcrowded because it's the only cici's in the area within hundreds of miles .The service is not all that good because they have employees that don't speak English and the ones that speak Spanish don't want to listen to what you are ordering so you have to tell the kid in the front so they can understand you while he is taking orders for other customers. The pizza is always running out and they don't have enough staff to clean the place with so many people all at once. I wish they could get cheese pizza for the kids because many kids don't eat pepperoni . The play area is overcrowded as well. They need to get another cicis within 20 miles of that place

Great store.Fresh, hot and delicious pizzas.Have been here twice. There is always more than enough choice. I think the pictures speak for themselves.The staff is absolutely friendly and the pizza maker even asks if you would like a special pizza. I highly recommend it. It's great. Keep it up!!!We will definitely be back…Thank you ?

Nice pizza buffet, salad and dessert bar. Food is constantly refreshed and you can special order any pizza that is not on the bar. There is an arcade area for all ages. The arcade is a bit noisy but really does not interfere with conversations at the tables. We really enjoy stopping by for lunch. My only negative is the ability to get someone at the location to pay attention to you if you approach the counter for something. A customer spilled a drink and left if after they left. I went to the counter to ask someone to mop it before it caused a fall. There was a woman and two men behind the counter. They all looked up at me three separate times and never asked what I needed…. I was the only customer at the counter on a not busy day. Finally went to the cashier and asked for a cleanup. He got someone to mop it up promptly.
