My order was a waste of money. I ordered 8 piece chicken it was dry. The cashier ask us to pull around for fries. When I got the bag no fries instead had cole slaw. The worker who came to my car said no biscuits is it okay for roll I get burger bun with seeds. I spent 30 something on food that was extremely hard to eat.

I came to pick up a call in order. The cashier told me it’d be 6 minutes and to pull over next to the door. After waiting 15 minutes and seeing people who showed up after me leave with their orders, I walked in the store and asked about the order. An employee started making the order after I asked for it. So they wouldn’t have started making the order until I physically walked into the store to ask them to do so. Thought this was fast food??Also be very careful when leaving the restaurant. Their restaurant is top of a little hill with a huge dip at the bottom. I scraped off the left side of my bumper grille when my car hit the dip. So in addition to having my time wasted, I now have to spend hundreds at the body shop.Horrible experience

When I was a kid, KFC was a treat. I got the 12 piece meal to take home that was over 30 bucks. And the chicken was dry and salty. The sides were just so so and the mashed potatoes were horrible. They were runny and they taste like the worst Instant mashed potatoes you could ever find. The gravy was very runny. Everything was not good. Won't be back anytime soon. Popeyes is across the street much better.

It was not busy. I ordered the 8 pc chicken tenders meal. I thought about getting the fill-up box, but a dozen chicken bites, four pieces of chicken, fries and biscuits isn't worth twenty bucks. With this box, I got 8 pieces of chicken, four biscuits, and three large sides. It was a complete dinner. Enough food for three people, maybe four. It cost $31.89 with tax. The food was hot and tasted great. The coleslaw was a little bitter. Not as sweet as usual. The chicken had great crunch. The macaroni and cheese was creamy. The mashed potatoes were in a separate container as was the gravy. It was all good.
This is the worst place in northport. Nothing but rude people. It’s like that’s a requirement to work here. It doesn’t matter the time you come in they’re going to pull you around to the side where they’ll be another like and you will wait at minimum 20 minutes. All of that would be tolerable if the workers were just no so rude!!! Will never be back and I highly recommend you go somewhere else. They make Popeyes seem like Chick-fil-A

Traveling through from Dothan to Oklahoma, we bought a 16 piece bucket with 5 sides to take to Reform for a reunion with a group of elderly relatives. Service was not friendly. Paid $64.00. When we arrived at our destination 30 min away, we discovered we had only SIX pieces of chicken in our large bucket! SIX! 3 wings, 2 legs and 1 breast! For $64! Not to mention the biscuits had been put in top part of the bucket, then the heavy sides placed on top of the bucket crushing the biscuits. I called....no sympathetic service at all. They refused a refund, even if we provided our ticket number, unless we drove back 30 min in the opposite direction of our continued trip. I'm writing headquarters about this one. Also, our coleslaw dish had only 1/2 the amount it was supposed to.

We just sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes with no vehicles in line. Nobody came and said anything over the intercom or anything. This location has very poor service and should consider closing up shop so something better can be put in the location. I would gladly give a 0 rating if possible to this location.

Placed a pickup order to be ready at 8:24 only to get Rude service, food was cold and old! Guy at the window tells me they stop cooking at 7:30pm but don't close until 9:30 so that means the food I ordered been sitting there an hour! Manager is non chalant outside on her phone and sarcastic asking me what do I want her to do?! Health department should be contacted because food being out of temperature and probably over the holding time is going to get someone sick! Reached out to customer service let's see how this goes! Just refund me and I'll NEVER return!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO A DOG!
