If you want a good cookie go here. If you want just a regular cookie go here. As far as I know they don't have any bad cookies. Just remember that 2 good cookies cost as much as a package of oreos.

My husband and I arrived at this business 10 minutes before closing and the doors were locked. Also at the same time a handicap gentleman with a walker shuffled across the parking lot only to realize we couldn’t get in. We won’t be back.

OMG heaven on earth as far as ice cream places. Very nice staff, amazing options and very decent prices. Has become a weekly treat for my boyfriend and I. Love it
We arrived 30 minutes before close and the doors were locked. They apparently went “drive thru” only but didn’t have a sign anywhere. 6 people behind the counter but no one seemed to be able to take/fulfill orders but one girl. (Despite three people having headsets on for the drive thru too). Out of several ice cream flavors on the menu but will give the benefit of the doubt that is was due to it being the end of the day. Not a great first experience here. Chocolate ice cream was basically vanilla

I was placing an order online but had a question, every time i called i could not get through to speak to anyone it always said mailbox full...very annying!!!! Had to call Tuscaloosa location to get help.

Tonight was our 1st time trying this place-- and it was great!! I cannot imagine how there are so many bad reviews. I can only guess they have since gotten better employees, and have the new business running smoothly now. The space is big, cheerful, and inviting. My 8-year old daughter LOVED it, said it was "the best ice cream ever," and she wants to paint something the color of their chairs. Crystal helped us, and she was so friendly-- offering tastes of ice cream before making a decision. There are many flavors and toppings, and it was a fun experience! We also looked at their big book of cookie designs for an upcoming birthday. I had no idea there were endless possibilities for festive cookie decorating. They even have ice cream cakes. If you haven't been in, please go! This is a really nice addition for Northport. If you went early on and had a bad experience-- please give them another chance and try again. Highly recommend??

Has a variety of things on the menu but they only have a third of the menu if you are lucky. Staff acts like they would rather be anywhere but there. You want to support new businesses in the area but these chains remind you to support the locally owned places that care about their customers.
