I ordered a bacon and cheese burger with no onions and no mustard. And they repeated it back to me everything was correct. When I opened the bag of food after driving home I see a double burger with onions and mustard?? And then not to mention half my bun was hard as a damn rock.. this is the second time this has happened. Smh won’t waste my time coming here anymore .

Horrible experience early morning drive through on April 7, 2024.. rude employees. Tall black guy rude on many many occasions. He should not be working with the public. Horrible work ethic even for fast food

I placed a pickup order tonight on my work break & they told me the system was down! I asked them could they cancel it then and they told me to contact the 1-800 number! As I passed by the window they were laughing! This is the second time they have said the system was down, they just don't want to take any orders!

I most certainly don’t eat here. But I have picked up dashes here while door dashing at night. The night shift crew are terrible. They are so rude. They hate their job and they are going to make sure you know it! I will no longer be accepting dashes from this McDonald’s night shift anyways in northport! I sat there inside waiting for a dash for at least 20 mins because the line was long probably because they were to busy chitchatting. They never informed me when it might be done. Thankfully DoorDash let me unassign. The other times I’ve accepted dashes I used the drive-through and I got stank looks from a girl that wears really big eyelashes and a short Mexican guy that has a bad attitude. Y’all hire whoever and that’s very clear.

I'd rather go across the bridge in downtown Tuscaloosa. These young females has some if the WORST attitudes on every unprofessional level. Especially during dinner time. Mess your order up then get nasty attitudes when you bring it to their attention. All they do it stand around talking and playing, while people are waiting to be served or to get their orders. I just REFUSE to go there during yhose times and if I do, it ONLY doing breakfast. Because I know the female manager in charge isn't going to put up with sloppy, lazy behaviors.
