Ordered online to pick up. Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes. Still in the drive through right now, but don't want to leave because I already paid online.The dining room isn't even open and they aren't putting pizzas out. Do not order from here.

Normally, the Northport site is very nice and friendly. Today, i calledahead so I canpick up my pizza on the way home after a long busy tiringday. The call went to another site in another state. They were not friendly. I was told my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. Drive-thru only is open. I got there in 15 minutes and waited in a long line for another 15 minutes and only moved up one spot. I eventually went to a competitor. I understand things are different now with Covid but this is ridiculous

stayed on the phone waiting for someone to answer and never did. when I went to the restaurant and ordered thru the drive thru it took another 30 minutes to get my order. looked thru the window and employees just standing around. I will never order done in or carryout with this company or it's affiliates again.

If you’re the owner of this franchise, you should know that your employees intentionally don’t answer the phone and place people on hold with no intention of coming back to the line. I’ve even called here to place an order when I was put on hold for 10 minutes, which then they answered to tell me they were now closed. What a joke. I write this review on 06/05/20 at 5:20 PM, after being being put on hold multiple times for over 10 minutes each. Management, please handle this.

This location has always had a kind courteous staff with a positive & premium outcome with the food they prepare & serve. The only negative thing that I've had issues with, is not ever being able to contact an employee or place an order by phone (you just stay on hold listening to the recording). Having to use the App or Website to place an order.

I ordered the heart shaped pizza with the hersheys brownie and a side of mozzarella sticks and paid $32 for it. To start, it took an hour and a half before we got the food delivered and then when I got here everything was cold! The mozzarella sticks were not fresh at all, they were soggy and tasted like they bought them from the store and heated them in the microwave! The pizza looked so unappetizing and was cold! This was not worth what I paid for it at all. Worst experience I've ever had.

Came here for a pizza pickup. Placed an order online. Arrived at the supposed pickup time, as it was provided online. Restaurant was nearly empty, there was one other person waiting ahead of me, and 1 couple dining in. I was told that I had 10 more minutes on my order. An hour after I was told to be at this restaurant online, I received my order. Other customers that got their orders before I did complained that they were waiting for their orders for an hour also. What was surprising about this is that they got their orders comped by the manager, and not charged. Seeing this, I approached the manager to also see about me getting my order comped. The manager argued with me about getting my order comped, and absolutely refused to do it, stating that I had only been waiting 30 minutes. Even after being showed my order history online, she continued to argue with me and refused to comp my order. After this, I called the Pizza Hut Customer Service Line and was told that they would file a discrimination complaint against the manager and would refund my money. It's been a month since this event, and I have yet to receive a refund. Don't expect your order to be on time, if you dare order from here. For me personally, from corporate to the individual franchise, I'm done with Pizza Hut. I strongly urge everyone to take their business elsewhere.

No friendly service.. I have to send 2 drinks back because my cups were nasty and then I asked could I get a bottled water and it was hot... My pan pizza was hot on the plus side. But, over all Not satisfied!!!

order a full deal pizza box with extra wings, fries, extra ranch and a soda. ordered at 3:00 pm got a text saying on the way in 20 to 30 minutes at 3:30 pm. pizza got here at 4:40 pm. Not only was it over an hour on the delivery the pizza, wings and fries were stone cold. then they didn't even bring the extra ranch. I called the store back and the phone rang 15 to 20 times and no answer. Trust me from now on it will be Domino's or Mr. G's for my boys.

This place have horrible customer service. The store leak water out of the ceiling in the kitchen. The food sit in the warmer for long periods of time. The employees hardly ever wash their hands and keep the same gloves on for
