The chicken sandwich didn't have anything on it, had to send it back, the bun was burnt, the milkshake was so thick you couldn't drink it. It was a bad experience. Hope they get some employees soon, and train them how to make food.

Just before closing we pulled in and had a complicated milkshake order. The young dude who took our order was flat out awesome. His attitude was top notch. He was friendly, personable and stopped what he was doing to help.

Under staffed, took forever to place and receive order, had to call twice. Order was cold, fries were really cold and hard. The fountain drink ordered smelled and tasted like mold, threw everything away...JUST HORRIBLE!!

This has to be the worst service I've ever had in my life 25 minutes for a slush that was ordered 15 minutes prior. If I could I would give it negative 5 stars

We ate lunch here today. My friend ordered the coney dog, tater tots, and lemonade. I had a double cheeseburger, cheddar peppers, and lemonade. The food was hot and tasted great. The board had something nasty stuck on it and my friend used hand sanitizer after placing our order. I was asked whether it wanted a small or large double cheeseburger. I didn't know what the difference was because they only showed one on the board. So I just said large. I forgot to ask for no onions, so I had to pick them off my hamburger. It was messy because there was plenty of ketchup and mayonnaise and a piece of lettuce. That sandwich was a meal in itself. The cheddar peppers aren't hot themselves. The cheese lays on top of the pepper under a crispy coating. The cheese is really hot in the pocket at the bottom towards the last bite. They serve ranch dressing with it. The lemonade is the real thing. It is fresh and tart, just like you would expect.

Probably the best Sonic I have experienced. Our items came out hot and order was correct and with the complicity of the order alot could have gone wrong. Our server "Shi" was a super star with a wonderful personality. She was extremely active getting orders to customers the whole time we were present and seemed to handle it well.
I waited for 12 minutes to place my order. I finally just left. The employees were just standing around inside the whole time.

All I ordered was a slushie. The amount of time it took to receive it, you would've thought I ordered a meal but I will chalk that up to it being a very busy location. The waitress was nice and the slushie was great.

Ordered on the app. We have special orders due to dietary restrictions and had no issues with our order. They did a great job.Dietary restrictions: We are dairy free so we just order the burgers with no cheese.

The location I usually go to often says their machines are down for their shakes and such. We went here and we were able to get what we wanted. Our carhop was very nice and we thanked her for being able to serve us shakes. She told us we were welcome anytime.

Got the combo cheese burger tots was good but the burger wasn't hot and fresh was kinda a let down, cause normally sonic burgers are good.
