Lazy staff. Had no interest in working and were very rude. Waited for about an hour to get our 2 shakes from an online order. This was the worst service we have ever gotten from anywhere. It is a close by location but we will drive further to no longer deal with the problems with these issues.

Ordered a shake on the app and was told the machine was broken and to contact support for a refund. Whatever, it happens. Support refused a refund of any kind and the only offer was a gift card less than the order and an offer with purchase. Wouldn’t even give me the money back embarrassing

My husband and I were told when we get to the drive thru window that we could not add on any items at that point. She told us that I could not get my main reason for going there, which is the M&Ms Sonic Blast because we had forgotten to order it! And I'll just say this, if I'm not happy, my husband REALLY isn't happy. Not being able to add something on to our order? And they weren't even busy at all!! They just sealed their fate and lost 2 customers.....plus all of our friends as customers as well!!!

I’d close this place down. Just went through the drive thru at 9:30 and was told they aren’t taking orders. The hours online say they close at midnight. Ridiculous.

Sat in stall 30 minutes no answer went in drive-thru no answer look inside drive-thru window guy standing there headphones on like he invisible! I guess he wanted everyone who pulled up to think they was closed at 4:30p.m.!

I was not satisfied with my food. Placed an order through the app. I went to pick up my food and went back to work just to see that I didn't get all of it. Went back to let them know and one of the employees and manager was very rude. Kept saying it was in my bag when obviously it wasn't otherwise I wouldn't have drove back to get my food.

Warning Salmonella Poison!! Food is raw Its a dump Cross Contamination of food going to get someone hurt , I am compelled to share my disappointing experience with the wait times, food quality, and overall disgusting behavior from said GM who will molest you if you say the food needs to be fixed. My recent visits have left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied, and it's important for potential customers to be aware of these dangerous issues.First and foremost, the wait times at this store have been consistently excessive. On average, I have waited 18 minutes before being served, which is well beyond what I would consider reasonable for this type of establishment. This prolonged waiting period has significantly impacted the overall dining experience, leading to frustration and a diminished sense of satisfaction.In addition to the prolonged wait times, the quality of the food has been consistently crappy . On several occasions, I have been served food that appears to be old and not freshly prepared or cooked to correct temp This is not only disappointing but also raises concerns about the store's commitment to food safety and quality. The lack of attention to the freshness and presentation of the food has greatly detracted from the enjoyment of my meals.Furthermore, the overall management of the store appears to be lacking. The poor wait times and food quality suggest a lack of effective management and oversight. It is clear that there are issues that need to be addressed in terms of operational efficiency and quality control. Moreover, the customer service provided has been insufficient, with a noticeable lack of attentiveness and care for the overall customer experience.

When we pulled up the server was very rude. No manners, yelled, and didn’t take order. Sat there for about 25 minutes before they recognized we were even there. Overall just rude people and not a good experience. Usually never have this problem but the past couple times, have been a struggle.

I placed an order through the app for two hot coffees. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was told they did not sell hot coffee but that I can get a refund online. I have been trying for two weeks to get a refund online and I’m just getting the runaround if they don’t sell hot coffee what is it on their online menu?

Tried to order at pull in window, no response for close to 10 minutes. Tried the drive through only to find out the ice cream machine was shut down ( I understand it needs to be cleaned and it’s late ). Ordered cheese sticks instead only to find out the order wasn’t placed. Sat in line for at least 30 minutes to receive no food. Based on the reviews recently I doubt anything is going to change don’t waste your time.
