The least of my worries was the fact my toasted sandwich was cold, despite having JUST been made.I sent my boyfriend inside to get our food since I was sick, and when he came back out he told me that the woman taking his order kept asking him judgey questions about our sandwiches. For the record, my boyfriend is overweight, but not overly so. Most of it is muscle. She kept asking him things like “are you sure you want that cheese?” “Are you sure you want this?” And she asked him multiple times “Are you sure you don’t want any veggies?” So, my boyfriend was fat shamed for getting what I asked him to and for just wanting a basic sandwich.Nobody go here, especially if you’re recovering from an eating disorder or if you have a health condition that effects your weight.

Flies were all over the food, the counter and the utensils. The server was waving them away the best she could but could not get ahead of them. This was my go to for Subway in Northport but not again untill the flies are cleaned up!

This Subway is the best one in this whole town. The place is really clean and the bathrooms are also. The service is the nicest I ever had at a Subway before. The protein bowel are amazing. If your not a big bread fan get one of these. Better than the sandwiches trust me on that.

Every. Single. Time. I get food from here, they tell me a total, I insert my card, then they add a few more dollars without telling me the new total. It has happened at least 7 times now and will never happen again bc I won't be going back

The place was dirty. Several flies around. The serving area was messy and nasty including the glass front. I paid for my order only to discover that they were out of unsweet tea. They did not offer to make more and refused to refund me. Awful place and experience.

Lady working tonight at 7pm had a horrible attitude. Refuse d to serve us because she had an awful day of training. She came from behind the counter and blurted the N word and smacked her rear end when asked if she could change her gloves. She was very irate and I have never experienced such behavior. I just wanted to try the new melt. Unfortunately she was training a new employee who didn’t speak much English, she was also very rude to the lady who was only trying to learn her job. Horrible horrible experience. Please don’t go here during the evening hours! I will also be calling corporate as well as sending a notice to the Registered Agent.

Since they took away roast beef and honey oat I just don't want to go there to eat and order anything from there anymore at any Subway restaurants.

I've called 4 times to place an order. The first 2 times, no one answered. The 3rd time a lady who couldn't speak English answered then hung up on me. The 4th I was hung up on again. If she can't speak English why the hell is she workin here?! This isn't the first time this has happened. They have a sign up for hiring but when these 2 guys came in she wouldn't hire them based off what they look like. 20 mins later she hired someone.
