While the pizza is average for dominoes, they absolutely cannot get my simple order correct. Today, the young lady with the purple hair asked me to not speak to her like that, all I said was my pizza was made incorrectly again.Worth the extra drive to go to carpenettis from now on. Done with this place

When ordering delivery our pizza is always over an hour getting delivered.My son worked there and was told by one of the assistant managers that he was too nice to customers. My son went on a trip they approved time for and when he got back he was told they had enough people. But are still complaining to be short staffed.

The pizza was over an hour late,plus i was on hold from moody pkwy,all the way down to Odenville at the store, they should have given me my money,but I had to driver there,to get a fresh pizza.

I recently posted a bad review and I want to recant that. After ordering a pizza on a busy cold night , 2hrs after the pizza got there it was cold. Of course it had only left the store for 20 mins. Then I could not get in touch with anyone. So I was upset. It was a cold and busy night. After reading other reviews and seeing the response of the store owner commenting on every single one good or bad. Apologizing with an explanation on the bad ones. Not only did he respond to mine but he called me. Apologizing. Explain how Domino's work. They take pride in making our pizza. Sometimes things happen. Like I said it was freezing cold that night and they were extremely busy. Not only did he offer his apology but he said next time it was on him. He gave me his personal num. And thats what its really about. I immediately took my bad review down and from now on I will think about whats going on.
Wife ordered her pizza at 7:51 pm, checked the app— it was at quality check by 8:21 pm. She didn’t get her pizza until 10:01 pm.

Odenville AL location!! I’ve called 5 separate times and end up with speaking with someone from their “hub/help line”. Transferred every time and NO ONE FROM THE STORE ANSWERS THE PHONE! This is ridiculous. Our 5th phone call on hold as 30minutes!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! WE ORDERED OUT PIZZA AND WINGS AT 7:15 PM PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY I GOT THIS ORDER AT 8:50 THAT IS UNBELIEVABLY RIDICULOUS U ARE NOT EVEN 3 MINS DOWN THE ROAD AND IF I DIDN’T HAVE A DOORBELL CAMERA I WOULDN’T EVEN KNOWN MY PIZZA WAS DELIVERED!!!
