Ordered on the app- which was pointless, the guy in charge of that didn’t pay attention. 3 guys working, only 1 had a clue what he was doing- felt sorry for him. Both sandwiches were to be warmed, only one was. Not close to closing time, but they were already out of toppings.

We ordered online at 7pm, order was approved, confirmed and paid. Got confirmation to pickup at 7:25pm. I get there at 7:30 and they are closed, freshly mopped floor and lights are still on. What is the point of online ordering if the store will cancel it after it’s confirmed and closes when they decide it’s time to close not at the actual closing time which is advertised at 9:30pm. If you don’t accept online orders then just say so, don’t have people drive to your restaurant to find out it’s closed. Thanks for the email that said my order was cancelled BY ME when I didn’t cancel anything!!

It's like night and day since last Time we visited.. experience and food is awesome.. employees were super amazing. WOW.. incredible.
We ordered online. We had a quoted ready time of 6:35p.m.,however when we went in at 6:50 p.m., it wasn't ready and we had to wait on our food to be made.The two young men were nice and apologetic and the food was good, but the entire point of ordering ahead,is so that it's ready when you arrive.It's also more than disappointing that this location no longer takes coupons.

So as of today on 7/6/2023 around 5:35 pm me and my mom went in for our usual and we did have coupons . While we there the shorter guy with long hair on duty was very rude to his co workers while being rude to the young lady beside him he was also very rude to me and my mom . As we proceeded to pay for our items separately he decided he didn't want to take my coupon, saying certain subways take certain coupons but crazy thing is my mom had the same coupon as me so he basically lied. And it's says on the back of the coupon accepted at any subway !! This is our normal sandwich stop here in odenville but he was very dictating and seemed as if he had a point to prove . Working in customer service you can't have that type of attitude. Even the other workers there felt the energy.

I don’t understand why or how such young kids are allowed to run a restaurant without anyone over the age of 21. It was such chaos and playing, laughing and not respect for the customers. I will never return in the evenings again. This subway really needs to rethink their hiring process and hire adults who are not childish. Absolutely ridiculous to come to a place of business and get greeted with nothing but childish behavior.

What can I say it is subway. It is hard to mess up a sandwich. The staff is by good. My only concern is with the health score they got a 89. yes it is a pass but still. I hope they will get that up I normally do not go if I see it is less than a 94.
