We were traveling from the gulf coast back home to Tennessee when we stopped here! We’ve never ate at or heard of a Jacks before! The service was great everyone friendly! Our food came out fast! The food was surprisingly amazing! My sons wings were delicious & Fresh! The fries were well seasoned & fresh! Me & my husband got the smothered steak with mashed potatoes & green beans plus a biscuit! They accidentally gave us coleslaw instead of mashed potatoes I told them about it and they nicely gave us the mashed potatoes w gravy apologized several times & told us to keep the coleslaw! The smothered chopped steak was like hamburger Patties with gravy over it but it was really good! The green beans were flavorful & delicious! Everything we had was delicious especially for a fast food type of restaurant! We will definitely make this place a must stop on our way to our future travel destination! Also I MUST mention that the employee at the front taking our orders I believe his name was Gab or Gabe was so friendly & got our food out quickly! & the lady who was in charge of getting the orders out & done right I believe her name started with a T was working her butt off making sure the orders were out & correct!
