“I have been to this location multiple times and loved it every time. The people have always been so kind, but today it wasn’t so great. It was someone who I have never seen work there before she was a little rude and I didn’t feel welcomed there today. She just threw my drinks together which I had coffee all over my lids, and a glob of whipped cream in my drink carrier. I also received one of my frappes and it had frappe and whipped cream all over it. I love this place but today was my worst experience ever.“
