Stood in line for dine in for roughly 5 minutes for the attendant at the counter to take a customer’s order which is fine. Then the attendant walked to the back and a lady came out to the front and told roughly 7 customers that we would have to wait a while for them to get food prepared. She was polite about it but no one was working the front. Just weird what “fast food” has become. I’m eating at Apple Bees and the meal is actually cheaper than Arbeys?

We arrived, one car at drive thru and one that was dining inside. We sat in drive thru for 15-18 min for 2 sandwiches and no sides, the other vehicle in front of us who'd pulled to curb was still there, there were 4-5 people in the restaurant cutting up, with no sign of trying to get customers waited on or food orders in a hurry. WE WONT GO THERE AGAIN. I hope the managers chain owners see this post!! Oh don't let me forget to mention, our food was COLD
