I come from New Orleans, and when I moved here and found Clint, I thanked my lucky stars. As you can imagine, I have been very spoiled living in NOLA and I am a tad picky about my seafood ?, particularly my crawfish. This is THE ONLY place you can get authentic Cajun seafood on a radius of probably 80-100miles or more.
