Very disappointed. I used to love this location for its fresh, quality food, but no more. The dining area was humid and uncomfortable. One ice maker was still broken (over a month since my last visit), the fries were not fresh and poorly seasoned. The burger patties were tiny and unimpressive. Service was very slow for a fast casual chain, and I noticed (to late) that most tables were waiting on food. (This was not a busy night)

Onion rings were fantastic. All of our other food was just ok. Took my family of 6. Burgers were bland, both bathrooms were nasty, and service was not very good. Our milkshakes never even came so I actually had to get a refund when we were leaving. After hearing good things about the BurgerFI chain, I was looking forward to trying it. But the experience we had for all the money we spent makes this not worth it. I doubt we’ll ever go back, especially to this location.

Slow service for sub par burger and overcooked fries. The meat on the burger was thin and way over cooked. Took over 25 minutes to get the food which would be fine if the burgers were thick and needed that time to cook. They were paper thin and would cook in 1 or 2 min tops.

Always short staffed, staff constantly complaining out loud, order is always wrong. Love the food but hardly worth it anymore. Don't try to order online either, they don't check them so they never "have" an order for you. Waste of a great establishment for poor management.

The wife wanted to try a new burger joint and this place popped up for great taste and its reviews. Maybe I should've double checked the reviews were legit and actual recommendation were honest; sadly they were not. Stepping into the establishment seemed promising especially when looking thru it's glass layout but was a hassle trying to get in. Door handle was already bent and the door was a b@@@@h to open; guessing it's hydraulic door assist closer was messed up; fix your door maybe?! Again, the place looked promising bc it looked clean, organized, and well kept. Then I realized the seating arrangements and the material used for both the tables and seats. The garbage tin can of uncomfortable seats that are cold to the touch and hurt your backside and back; it's annoying squeaky noise it makes when you try to readjust yourself in your seats; ughh very annoying. But I continued to try the place out bc my wife wanted to try something new...I should've ran away. Looking at the menu, it looked like the food was promising. I ordered the Breakfast Al Day Burger w/ 5 Chicken tenders. For a place to be called a burger joint with the reviews it had, you would expect these burgers to be the talk of the town!! Sadly, they were not. The buns were the same bread you would buy from a Dollar Tree Store, the patty was flat and tasteless, the egg Hash was salty and disgusting, the hash patty was cold and sadly made; WHAT SIGNATURE STYLE DO YOU HAVE! CRAP IS YOUR FLAVOR? The tenders were tolerable due to the only thing I found signature was the Bacon Jalapeño Ranch dipping sauce. So, I at least was able to eat something here. I'm not a 5, 10, 20 star consumer nor am I comparing your so called burger to any high rated cuisine burger, but damn. Poorly made, seasoned horrible for a $10 dollar burger. I also hate your drink vendors, those machines are well known to mix all their product bc they come from one hosing. I'm done. I'll never come here again nor recommend. Sadly, you can't add negative stars but I give you - 10 stars not a 1!!!

Absolutely the worst ever. Fries were cold. I order classic chicken and they gave me spicy chicken and cooks complained the whole time while remaking the food. Never again will I eat here!!!!

Our family arrived at BurgerFi in Opelika at 7:25 pm.. there were 4 adults and 4 children. The gentlemen behind counter taking our order was polite but the gentlemen who I assumed was going to prepare our order was letting us know that he was annoyed we came in 35 minutes before closing ordering food for 8 people. We didn't get one of our fry orders and when we requested for another fry, he sent a young lady to our table to review our receipt and told us we never ordered it. He told us we could not order opinion rings.. and of course the milkshake machine was " broken". I understand you want to go home But being visibly angry that customers arrive to an eating establishment, later in evening.. but with plenty of time-- you sir.. need to find another job. We cleaned up our table very clean.. threw away our trash and put the chairs under table. So hope you are happy. We won't be back.
Being a home game day in Auburn, the place was empty. This is not a negative! It meant our food was cooked fast and came out to us extremely fresh. The staff was very friendly as well.

I change my high praise. New management and the food quality has went down bc of it. Tried the place 4 or 5 times after we noticed to give benefit of the doubt even at different times of day. Even took friends & family. FRIES are so greasey you can eat, burgers & chicken sandwich are no longer good. Such a sad disappointment. Need people that care to work there once again to make the food Great Again. PLEASE.
