I just recently had a visit @ the Opelika's dominios today. Ordered a couple pizza's online 50% off week promotion. I wasn't impressed with the wacky/ rude customer service on today. The guy from the back didn't come up front while the other were on a smoke break, so I had waited for 5 minutes even though my pizza were ready for pickup. Plus, I didn't like the amount of sauce they put on one of the pizza's. I requested extra sauce.. one thing they need more practice to be genorous to all there customers not just certain ones and respect people requests...

Did an online order. Trusting the store, I did not check my order until I got home. My order was COMPLETELY wrong. Tried calling the store but of course nobody wanted to answer the phone, literally was waiting for someone to answer until I was 34 minutes into the call and decided to hang up and head to the store. It wasn’t even a busy night!!

My wings were all drummets and one was burned to a crisp. My salad was wilted. I usually get pretty good food but last night was horrible. I called back to the restaurant and no one would answer so I called the delivery driver back and he said he'd have someone call me and no one ever did. That sucked. And a $5 delivery charge, to come 3 miles? Wow.

I don’t normally write reviews but I give credit where credit is due - Cameron and the rest of the crew always have amazing customer service. Our food is always correct and amazing. We are so thankful that one of the only places open when my husband and I get off has such a desirable atmosphere. :))

Clean shop, very kind staff, quick and efficient. Will definitely come back.
Every time i do a order thru the app and put extra sauce for my pizza they put the bare minimum of sauce making the pizza almost dry and kinda nasty. This has happened last few times. Dont know whats been going on the last few months at this location but if it happens one more time im done.

To whoever was working 11/11/23 around midnight I just want to say thank you so much. I received my food quickly and to my delight there was a message written on the box for me. I’ve been depressed lately (that’s why I ordered cheese bread at midnight lol) but seeing the nice message on my box made me so happy and almost made me cry, tbh. I wanted to call and say thank you for your act of kindness but I’m too shy. So I hope you see this. Thank you! ?

A very long wait for curbside!!!! I waited 20 minutes until I finally walked into the store and asked if my order was ready. Their reply was oh yea we were wondering where you were. I said the hazard lights flashing right outside your door wasn't a clue to see if it was my order????? He said no people park there all the time. what??? Made no sense at all so we are left eating COLD PIZZA!!!!
