I would strongly recommend avoiding this location due to the extremely poor customer service we experienced. During our visit, the roof started leaking heavily, and no action was taken to address the situation. The manager or owner showed no concern or empathy when our dinner was ruined and my wife and kids were drenched by the rain indoors. Their response was dismissive, claiming it was out of their control and implying that we were seeking a free meal.This lack of accountability left my family very upset, and no effort was made to resolve the issue. While other families expressed sympathy and apologized to my wife for the experience, the manager or owner offered nothing but excuses.Based on this disappointing encounter, I would caution against patronizing this establishment until improvements are made in their customer service and responsiveness to such incidents.

Went in for dinner alone and beat the crowd there. Took about 10 mins for someone to come over for my drink order and give me a menu. Needed time to looks at the menu so was left for another 10-15 mins. Crowd came in and after I ordered waited for about 50 mins for half of my food. I watched multiple tables of 4 get all of their food before I got the first half of mine. (Wings and fries came out separate. I ended up being there for about 2 hours mostly waiting and it wasn't even busy when I first arrived. Food is decent but yall gotta do better with the service cause that was just sad and a huge waste of my time.

The fried mushrooms and pickles are lightly battered and have a wonderful crunch. The sweet potato fries are a must-try - they come with a brown sugar butter sauce that will have you licking the container clean. I was very disappointed in the service. It took 30 minutes for me to get a chicken wrap with fries. From the pictures I post, you will understand why the service was horrible. From sitting, vaping, chatting, and surfing social media, we, the customer's suffer. The wrap was delicious, but the fries were horrible. I sent the first batch of fries back because they were old, cold and salty. The server returned within 5 minutes with the same fries and asked me if they were ok and I replied, no, but don't worry about it. I ate the wrap.
