I came into the restaurant on 4/20/24!! My server was excellent she was so sweet and brought everything to us on time, never even had to ask for a refil! But the manager Ethan is horrible! I had to ask the host for his name on our way out of the door! And I saw he's horrible because I heard him be rude with a few of your employees, the way that I could hear him talking to them was just unacceptable in my eyes! We sat on the bar side at the big booth! I don't know if he means it or not but from what my family and I heard it sounds deliberate! I heard one employee ask him "can you please help" and he said can you ask nice..I was just so undone it almost makes me not want to come back!! I could him yelling and different people the whole time we were there!!!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. 30-40 min after consuming shellfish I started becoming ill on Wed of last week. Doctors diagnosed me with food poisoning. I've been suffering from the "effects" since that day and have been in/out of the hospital twice due to needing a IV as I couldn't get enough fluid naturally. Ethan,learn some customer service skills instead of just basicially saying "We will look into it" in a monotone and "could care less" attitude.
