Got there an hour before they were supposed to close and they had turned the slab off and there was no more milkshake ingredients so basically all you could get was ice cream in a cone or in a bowl.

Ice cream was good, but the mix ins were barely "mixed." Oreo pieces were huge and the cookie dough was only split in half so we had two giant frozen pieces by the time we got to it. Would've enjoyed it more if everything was more evenly

Came in on a Wedneaday afternoon. We were the only customers in store. A young lady came from the back and either did not greet us, or spoke too low for us to hear. We were standing at the counter looking at ice cream flavors without interaction from the staff memeber who was working with a hand rolled cone at first. Had my husband not asked about a flavor that was out I'm not sure how long we would have been standing there. With that being said, the young lady went above and beyond by offering to make the flavor that was out with mix in options. So it sort of made up for the lack of interaction at first. The ice cream was DELICIOUS! We're not from the area, but if we are in the mood for ice cream next time we come back, we know where to go. The unlimited mix-in option takes it up a notch from similar establishments.

This place has one of the best-tasting ice creams that I have ever had. Even the cone (I had mine in the cup) was delicious. The sweet cream sold out, just as it was our turn in line...I was so crestfallen about that, but the kind employee gave me a small sample to taste. This is the flavor to get!However, I had the dark chocolate flavor and it did not disappoint. I am a s***** for anything dark chocolate and this iteration of ice cream was probably the best I have had in a long time. There were lots of people in line and outside, enjoying the cool summer evening and some ice cream. I will come back again with my wife next time. This place is highly recommended.

The good. The ice cream was great. The service was prompt, and the storefront was clean.A few things however that are a little worrisome. One of the girls as it slowed sat on a counter near the food prep area. Playing with her hair and then went right back to serving customer without washing her hands.

I wish I could do zero stars but I am unable to do so. The ice cream was great as always. However the male staff member with the afro was not charming what so ever. After paying for my product and walking towards the door he said I thought that was a man. I think he was a manager as well. I was a valuable customer and came at least 5 days out of the week. I recommended my family to this store and have been a customer since the opening. I did not return to give my money to a company that does that to customers. I also told my family members and friends as well who have been coming since the opening.. I also suffer from nxiwty and depression. It was a trigger. I hope that you hire a nicer staff.
