Would rate them a complete 0 if possible. Ordered food at the drive thru. Was told to park in reserve spot 4. No parking spots were available. Parked on the side and told one of the ladies bringing food out. She just laughed. Was not giving a receipt for the food when we paid because they said it would be on the bag with the food. Sat in the spot for 20+minutes. Went inside to check on order since other cars after us had gotten food. Everyone inside was very rude and the manager just laughed and said no receipt no food. The younger high school/college age girl at the drive thru window said we had came threw the drive thru a little while ago and she told us to park and we hadn't gotten out food. She was told to "go on honey and be quiet". Attempted to speak to the manager again and all she kept saying was " you can leave now" and smiling. No refund and no food. Apparently this was happening to several other customers also.

We stopped at this McDonald's while driving hours on our way to North Carolina and we're not greeted kind At All by the cashier during that shift. The cashier did not let us know when the transaction was done or let us know to have a great day or even have a smile on her face. When we told her to smile she was about to say something and we drove off cuz we didn't want to catch a case. We will definitely not be going back to this McDonald's again management needs to talk to there people about interacting with customers. At least smiling, faking till you make it.

This place was a disappointment, even for a McDonald's.My spicy chicken sandwich was old chicken with an overabundance of hot sauce splashed all over it.The cheeseburger was barely warm.The counter had soda all over it sprinkled with trash.Wet floor signs were left all over the restaurant, as shown in the photographs.The worst part of it was the screaming. The restaurant was not busy and it was quiet. Despite being quiet the screaming from the employees was harsh and piercing. Every time an order was up there was a shrill scream announcing it. Only then was the customer handed the empty cup after waiting for the order. It would have been nice to have been able to get the drink while waiting for food. But no, after waiting we received our cups. After being screamed at to pick up the order.
They have excellent service on app orders, they always come out quick to the spot and are always very nice!

Nope, Nope, Nope...I order through the kiosk and still waited 25 minutes. Service was awful. They also need to redesign the parking lot, I parked in the handicap parking which is located in front of the drive thru lane, nobody could let me out. I hate this place ??
