Been a while since I hit up my local Pizza Hut. Growing up, it was a Friday night sure thing.I ordered online for breadsticks, cheese breadsticks, pepperoni thin crust and a super supreme pan. My items were coming out of oven when I arrived. Staff was friendly and my food was just like I remembered. I love the pan crust taste and texture. The breadsticks with marinara are always a hit. The store itself is dated. I wish Pizza Hut could rebrand and bring back a great dine in Buffett type experience with a few retro arcade games, jukebox and pitchers of draft.

Hadn't had Pizza Hut pan pizza in several years, so I decided to go to the one in Opelika because I had been wanting one for weeks. It was kind of dead when we showed up but the lady behind the counter was doing her best to try to run the whole show. My wife got her a pizza with no cheese and she doesn't eat cheese and I got a meat lovers pan pizza. Both pizzas were the best that I had had in a while, they hit the spot just right!
Me and my family went this past Sunday 12/10 and the server/cashier/cook named Raiba was amazing...the pizza took me back!!! She was running the store pretty much by herself and still was professional and punctual and kept a wonderful personality. She definitely will have us returning!

I ordered a thin crust pizza it was over way cooked too hard to eat. I didn't bother calling for another one to replace it because it was a free pizza from the points on the Pizza Hut app but still I was disappointed.

Great pizza soft pan pizza crust the big box is the way to go taste really good and to top it off I ordered it a t like 20 minutes until they closed I didn't do this on purpose but Destiny an the rest of her team were very helpful still and made me feel welcome they were all very nice thank you very much.

Absolutely poor showing from service down to delivery. Order showed up incomplete and wrong. Was missing a large pizza, and my drink was substituted without any one contacting me if that was ok. Tried calling the store several times and no one answered. Which then caused me to go to the store myself to correct the mistake. Upon arriving at the store the customer service was extremely lack luster. Asked to speak with and was met with well we are busy so it might be a minute. When the manager did come up and i explained to him what happened there was no apology for the issue. Just the same well we sre busy. my initial intentions were to ask for a refund on the delivery fee but was cut off and said that if i wanted a refund i had to bring all the items i did receive back. Which is ludicrous and have never heard of such a policy. But i told the manager that i wanted just the delivery fee refunded since i had to go the store to fix my order. Why would i pay for a delivery fee when the order was delivered incorrectly. Was then told they cant even refund the delivery fee. I would avoid counting on your order being correct when delivered or the store offering assistance to make it right
