Ate there recently and received multiple burgers that appeared like they were made HOURS ago. They were cold, bread was hard and the cheese was like plastic. I do not recommend this location!

Disappointed by the lack of functionality of the app. Hard to take advantage of app-only benefits if the app won’t let you check out.Love the drink options. Diet Ocean Water is great and refreshing.
Went through the drive through and my 15 year old was excited to order that is until the lady taking the order was rude, pulled up she snapped at my daughter and was even more rude. We canceled the order and left. I called the store only to find out the rude person taking drive through orders is the manager. If the manager is treating customers like this how is everyone else? Apparently leading by example does not apply here. Do better Sonic, with all of the options we have locally I won't be wasting my time or money dealing worth a rude manager.

I went here and I was asking a question to the lady taking my order and she just wouldn’t answer me. She stayed quiet the whole time so I assumed she didn’t hear and wasn’t on the speaker anymore so I sat quiet too. After like 3 minutes she yells “I’m waiting on you…” I said oh sorry and asked my question again and SILENCE AGAIN so I just said okay nevermind and just ordered. When she came out to take my payment, she was sooooo rude and was rolling her eyes and had a crazy attitude! Never again lmao

First of all, I came for one drink. The drive thru line was pretty long, so I pulled into the stall right in front of the door.. less than 5 steps away. I pressed the speaker there was no greeting, no friendliness all this woman said was “drive thru” I asked why and all she does is repeat “drive thru” over and over again. I pull to the drive thru.. no friendliness or greeting once again. I asked to speak to the manager only to find out the manager is the one who’s handling guests this way? I think the woman’s name was “Ty” or something like that. I don’t see how someone like her could even get the manager position

Just ordered from here - Ice Cream was expired (SOUR) in my sonic blast, my supersonic meat and cheese breakfast burrito only had 3 tater tots, and egg in it, and the jr chili cheese burrito was just a little chili in a small tortilla. Ive had previous issues with this sonic but didnt leave review thinking it was a one off, but I cant remember the last time there wasnt an issue. Seems like the staff doesnt care and sends out bad orders. Luckily I tasted the ice cream before giving it to my kid!!! Close this place down.
Stopped here at 10:30…..no crowds. First, there are NO signs stating they are drive through only. I pulled up to a spot and pushed the button, the girl then tells me. I should have known because the screens are blank but the button works?♀️. Second, there were two girls working and they were rude. They were very flat and offered no help. Third, food was cold. At least the got my order right unlike a lot of reviews. Won’t go back

While visiting your town - Watched us walk up with kids and then when we hit red button stated we are only doing drive thru. Could have offered to let us come to door to get our order but no!!!! RUDE!!!!

There ice cream machine is down everytime I try to get a milkshake. Gives the impression that no one wants to work and is not customer friendly. I have sat after they told me this and someone else get ice cream.
