This is the third time that I go on a Saturday during the day and it is closed. Why do you advertise that is open on Saturdays??? False advertising.

Ordered 5 sandwiches. One was completely missing from my order. Two were wrong - totally different meat than what was ordered. Paid for Supreme Meats but was given only turkey. Nothing done to rectify it. Completely unacceptable and I won't be back. Spent $75 for full order. Next time I'll stick with Newk's and get better quality and service.

Running errands in Opelika and decided to grab some Subway there instead of when I got back to Lanett. Best customer service/takeout in awhile. Ordered curbside pickup online and forgot they were not even half a block from Kroger so I was early & had to wait. Very sweet lady(didn't see a name tag)came out, confirmed who I was and let me know she's still working on my order. There was a long line in-store. No problem. I firmly believe the customer in front of you should be the priority, but soo very appreciated being kept informed. Few mins later another super sweet lady(again no name tag)brought my order out to me. Absolute wonderful customer service at its best. Always pass this location, but never ate there until today. B1G1 and off the chart service, thx for making my day even sweeter.

The manager and worker were slammed when I and a friend went to get a sub sandwich. With all the food that she ran out, she was still pleasant with her customers as they walked through her door. A subway near was closed for renovation she got their traffic if the other store was open. I give a hats off to her and her one teammate. Give them a ?

Ms. “Crazy” Debbie & Ms. Judith gave us the best experience we’ve had in a long time!! We went in 30 mins before closing and ordered 4 footling subs and each one was made JUST THE WAY WE WANTED!!! You would think they just opened! They didn’t give us attitude or anything they were very pleasant and gave us hope that there is still good service out there!! Go see these ladies at Subway on Fredrick Road in Opelika! You won’t be sorry!! You guys need to give these ladies a raise!!! Thank you!!!!

Eat at this location now because the Valley one sucks. Mostly good service. Staff super friendly but One, they keep it too cold inside. The temp was 62 degrees! Two, The cleaner they use is too strong scented. It's overwhelming trying to eat and smell pine sol. I'm not super sensitive but it was nauseating. They should get a neutral cleaner or mop when store closes ?

Just crowded and alot of small talk holding lines up. Probably 25 mins or so to get sandwich made. Very clean and stand alone which is nice but call in if not eating there.
