Wings were definitely undercooked and rubbery. Experienced the same thing at the University drive location. Definitely no good. On to the next wing place.

Diane and Zay where extremely nice and food was pretty fast! They took the time to tell us about the place and other locations and when our food was ready they opened it up to make sure we liked it before we left which was a first ever! Difently will be back again and again!

Great food, fast service, nice staff. Ordered a hamburger combo with fries and a Coke. That was excellent. The Bert burger was juicy. The bun was great. Everything was fresh on. It was really good burger. We also tried the no sundae chicken sandwich was very good just the right amount of crisp. I just said it was pickles. Only I was very tasty. Walked in and ordered only took about three minutes to get my order. Had a great meal.

I have waited1 hr for my food. They messed one of the orders up and we had to wait for fried rice. All the food was cold. No apology other than “they messed it up in the back”. Will not be back

Came a couple weeks or a few ago and got a cheesesteak with fries. Food was pretty good but I gotta say the customer service was amazing, I talked to a short haired girl named shay I believe. Very helpful and kind, definitely would come again.

Food was not as the pictures on the menu. The staff could not tell me how the food was prepared. The girl at the front was rude and wanted to argue when I told her my food was wrong. The manager was not around and had to talk by phone and even then tried to tell the customer how things were going to happen.

I tried this place for the first time and won’t go back. It was Mar.24, evening. They were crowded and the wait was over 30 min, only to get the order and it was not correct. We ordered 4 meals. The fried rice was suppose to have beef chicken and shrimp. They forgot the beef. Waited another 15 min to get home over cooked hard crunchy rice. They went back and refried it with the beef. The wings were soggy and fries tasted like the oil they were cooked in was old and not changed on time.This place is not cheap and they should do better with time and cooking. Sadly disappointed. Paid over $60 and not doing that again.

Ordered food to go. I sit in the restaurant and waited on it for 43 minutes for fried rice and a wing combo watching several other people, including a huge family get all of their food before me. I will never come back. I’m pretty certain if I had not stand up and asked about it, I would have waited even longer.

We ordered take out from here last night and the wings were wrong flavor very disappointed when you spend 40 bucks and drive 25 min home and the order is wrong they were trashed.
