Absolutely loved this place! We went last weekend for my birthday and everyone from the front of house all the way to the executive chef, John meet me with warm smiles and hospitality. I ordered the onion rings appetizer, the spinach artichoke dip, and the 20 oz porterhouse steak. Everything was delicious and cooked to a perfect medium rare! The restaurant even gave me a birthday balloon and card! Not to mention, chef John cut me a nice big slice of chocolate cake (bigger than he was supposed to, don't tell anyone!) ? We will always give this restaurant our business while we stay at our condo in Orange Beach! If you haven't been, you must go soon.

We came in with a party of 6 plus a wheel chair. Waitress was horrible forgot we where even here. Had to remind her 3 times we needed drinks. Had to ask about our food twice since she for got them in the warmer . We ordered 3 steaks medium rare. They where burnt to a crisp. We sent them back and the manager came out. She was very rude. Inspected all the food. Then asked what we wanted her to do about it. We said cook new steaks correctly since they were 55 dollar steaks. She snatched all the plates up almost dropping one of them. Came back 30 minutes later. Cooked correctly this time. We where charged gratuity of 18% even though the service was horrible. Save your time and money and do not go to this place .

Jennifer is an amazing server. Friendly and knowledgeable. She checked on us at the right times and made good recommendations all with a smile on her face!We had the Wagyu and filet. The wagyu wasn’t as great as I’ve had but was still a very good steak. The filet was perfectly charred and cooked to medium all the way through. For side we had the lobster Mac and garlic mashed potatoes. Both were good but the potatoes were my favorite.
For date night, we decided to give Carver's Steakhouse a try and let me tell you, they did NOT disappoint. Our waitress, Jennifer, was absolutely ? amazing She was very pleasant, attentive, and gave us great recommendations.For our appetizer, we had torched bacon ? (Sorry I cannot, for the life of me, remember the real name of this appetizer.) We both had 14oz ribeye with garlic mashed potatoes and a house salad ?. Everything was delicious ?.Carver's is definitely a 10/10 for us. We look forward to many more meals there and with Jennifer as our server.
We went here to celebrate our 28th Wedding anniversary. Great atmosphere. The food was great and Jennifer was excellent in explaining the menu and offering recommendations. You will not be disappointed. I wish Carver's was a chain restaurant so that we could enjoy it in our home state of Mississippi. We will definitely be back.

We walked into Carver’s a couple years ago on a visit here and just had to go back when we came to town. Hands down our favorite restaurant in town. On this trip we went all 3 nights we were in town and Carver’s and the staff did not disappoint. The steaks there are off the chart and the banana foster cheesecake is just Wow. Top that off with a great White Russian and all I can say is perfection. Hats off to Jen and Mel for making our visit(s) absolute perfection. These two ladies epitomize true customer service and southern hospitality with beautiful smiles the whole time. We will be back!Parking: Parking is free, well lit and easy.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, light live music in a relaxed atmosphere.

Came in with a group and 5 of 10 meals were subpar. I ordered my steak medium rare and the middle was still purple, what a waste of a wagyu steak. Had another filet came out way undercooked as well and had a few fish plates that were burnt, the crust was inedible. Will never come here again!
