The first responsibility of running a pizza place is customer service. Even if there are many other issues (and there are with this store) customer service comes first. If I chose to base this review on any premise other than that the Star level would be much lower. That having been said the store usually makes some sort of mistake when I order there. Greater than 50% of the time. However when they do they either do not charge you or they compensate you properly and apologize. That means a lot in this business. I go back there because of the customer service and hopefully one of these days they'll get all of the other issues straightened out.

If I could put ZERO stars, I would.How do you take an order, take the money for an order, give a delivery time, then just not show up or even call? Who in their right mind does something so stupid.Not only will I not use this place again, I will never go to a Dominos ever again. My kids needed to eat after a long flight to visit Alabama,maybe it's just a Alabama thing.....idk. Either way, no ethics, no morals, lack of professionalism, lack of punctuality and lack of the basic human element of decency. I will be taking this to corporate, social media and all available platforms.WHAT HAS DOMINO'S BECOME

My pizza has been sitting in the Quality Check tab for over an hour .. just got the delivery notice highly unlikely the food is even warm at this point

Would leave a 0 star if possible. I've ordered from dozens of different dominos across the country, and this is by far the worst. I order my pizzas online for delivery. It says someone is making the pizza on the tracker and then firing up the grill. 50 minutes goes by, doesn't budge. I then call and they said, "Oh yeah, we ran out of pepperoni". But they couldn't call me to tell me that. He said he would give me a $15 credit to go towards my next order. The VERY NEXT DAY, same dominos, I decide to take advantage of the $15 credit and order pizza since we didn't get it the previous day. I try to order on the app, and guess what. No $15 credit. So I'm calling to order my food and get my credit and have been on hold for an HOUR AND 17 MINUTES. At this point, only staying on hold so I can tell you how pathetic your business is. Hope every one of you stub your toes!

The worst place you could ever go get something to eat, but give you a bread sandwich, so save your money and go to the supermarket and get your word and frozen sandwiches

The most disgusting Dominos I have ever seen! They do not wear gloves! I watched the employee scratch herself and then put her hands right back into the toppings! I have asked for a manager to call me back several times, and yet no response from the store level, nor corporate. The employees definitely don’t care and apparently the management is not either. There is so much cross-contamination going on. I’m not going to take the chance to get my family sick.

Absolutely ridiculous to leave one guy working by himself on a Saturday night! He is trying to do orders and make the pizzas! He needs to have someone there with him! DO BETTER DOMINOS

Ordered online from our vacation home to be picked up at the store. After ordering got in the pickup to go pick up the pizzas ?. Upon arrival was greeted with a smile and the last pizza was coming out of the oven! Great pizza and service!

Do not waste your time. Ordered from Dominos Loop Rd Orange Beach. Burnt and bubbled up. Even steak burnt. This was a $24 pizza and Only 2 pieces edible. Called them back and held for 10 minutes and no one ever answered the phone.
