Got told there would be a 30-45 minute wait and we waited. All the sudden I start noticing people that arrived after us going to be seated. We go in and they say they called us and the call wouldn’t go through…. So instead of throwing us right in and sitting us so we could eat after waiting an hour, they tell us they have two more parties to sit before getting us sat because they moved us to the back. We will never be back here.

We waited nearly an hour from the time we ordered until we got our food. Apparently our order was deleted and had to be remade. The manager recommended the Seafood Bowl instead of the tacos...and then in their "rush" to get our food, the sauce was left off and we had to get our own silverware. The comped drinks were great, but let's get the basics right.

I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, especially non locals. Typical bar food you could get by your house but a little worse. Waited hour and a half after being seated to get food. Never got a refill either. This place needs help bad in all areas. Save time and money and go somewhere better.

Ordered take out for the family after a long drive to Orange Beach for spring break. The takeout system they use said it would be approx 25 mins for the food. It took us over an hour to get our food and the only response the staff had was “the service we use can’t account for how busy we are”. This chain has dozens of locations, and I have never run into such a poor system by any chain before. Lots of other restaurants in Orange Beach, don’t waste your time

It was ok. The food is overly priced! Very expensive, I feel like and it wasn’t just great tasting. The waiter was nice besides her talking super fast. It took a little long we feel like for the food to come out. Bottom line, I personally wouldn’t eat here again. Just not worth the price or wait. It was nice to try a new wing place though.
The burgers here were delicious. I had the Steak burger with sautéed mushrooms, onions and peppers. The burger was thick and had a good char on the outside, yet medium well on the inside. The flavor of the burger alone was more than you would expect from a typical bar and grill. The only issue we had was the staff seemed overwhelmed or new to the restaurant industry. Either way, it was not a major issue and one that can be remedied with experience. The restaraunt overall was clean and well maintained.
Save yourself time and money. The service here sucks. Don't waste your money. Right from the start I should've known the service wasn't gonna be the best. They messed up on all our orders and took forever to fix it. They didn't put the cheese on our kids cheese burger. My son asked and the lady just brought back a slice of cheese. Told them if they could have it melted on the patty . It came back and it was hardly melted. I order a side of tacos for my toddler and she said she wouldn't charge me the meal but still did. If I knew they were gonna charge a whole meal I wouldn't have agreed. Ordered a bacon guacamole burger and no guacamole. There's to much to write on this Review but just know I was nice and understanding about everything until the very end.
