I don’t know who the has management over this one and the one located in Gulf Shores but the fact they and 95% of the employees still have jobs is nothing short of insane. I don’t expect 5 star or even 3 star service from McDonalds but the staff here is whatever word you can think of that’s worse than horrendous.

Not a direct reflection on this store, nor it’s staff, as service was very good and store was very well cleaned. However, my Chicken sandwich was mostly bone cartilage, not chicken meat. I tried to eat it, but it was terrible. I suspect the fault lies with supplier, not the store, but McDonald’s needs to up their quality control.

Worst parking lot I’ve ever seen in my life had to turn around twice to get into here ridiculous horrible experience
Drive thru was awful the lady was extra pushy when ordering and getting at the window was just worse she saying all kinda stuff back there, not even worth it, wasted time and money

The lady in charge was very rude and slow I had to ask to be refunded.I have never seen such low customer care also told to leave if I don’t like it.
I hate that had to even give that star to leave this review. First off having to use a kiosk when two employees are clearly not doing anything is insane. But I did proceed to using the kiosk. I ordered a McDouble bundle deal. Asked for no salt on any of my food. Which means it should had all been cooked to order. It was absolutely not. The fries were re dropped and horrible . I asked for lite Mayo and no salt on my burger. I got no onions nor pickle as if the staff couldn’t comprehend the grill slipt. I didn’t get a receipt. I will absolutely never stop at this McDonalds in life. At this point looking at the prior reviews just shut the whole establishment down.

Stopped in for a late lunch and was the only one in there and nobody in the drive thru. Ordered from the kiosk and entered the table tent card number. Waited a little over five minutes (which I thought was excessive) and heard someone from around the corner yell, “Big Mac, Large Fries.” After the second time hearing her yell it, I replied, “number 43 over here.” As soon as I said it she yelled the same thing again. Too busy to walk around the corner but not too busy to laugh and carryon with the other employees in the kitchen! This is the third time that I’ve eaten here in the past three weeks (and the last)! Plus, they don’t fill your drinks, that’s up to you! absolutely awful service!

Wish I could give 0 stars. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Could not even finish our order, the lady got disrespectful in the drive through and said, "Oh my god, do you want anything else." Very hateful by the way. I had just ordered my two kids a happy meal and about to order myself something. I'm not sure if she was just having a bad day, but being that hateful got my autism daughter upset so I couldn't even finish the order. I will absolutely never go back nor recommend this place to anyone.

We were out riding bicycles. Stopped in for a quick break...that was entertaining but not quick.The self-service kiosks suck!! The red-headed worker was very unhappy to be there as she was rude to folks who walked to the counter to order the traditional way, exclaiming "place your order at the kiosk behind you". Almost every car from the drive-thru was parked to wait. When our order was finally completed, the table tent number was useless because she just screamed out our order. We heard complaints of workers not showing up. Oh, and when I worked at McDonald's, we were not allowed to have food from another restaurant delivered to the front counter. Pizza Hut was faster than McDonald's, though.
