When I called they complained of being short staff and “life happens” offered another pizza with no delivery time or 30 % off next time. She never told me how to get 30% and sarcastically said alright and hung up on me. Pizza was obviously cold

Ordered a pizza on 7/26 on app. Waited 2 hours and tried calling customer service. No answer- phone cuts off. Tried again. Same result. Tried reaching some through the order option. Service person transferred me. No answer. Tried reaching manager. No answer. Called the order line again and got the same song na dance. Deleted app sent an email to file complaint. And to make sure, I filed a stop payment because you trying to snatch my hard earn money up. No more. SUPPORT LOCAL PIZZERIAS!!!!

They do not deliver the anywhere on west beach although they are literally on the same road. You also have to go through a corporate number which is weird. Try J@ninos if you are on west beach. Steer clear of P@pa R0cc0s because they do not answer the phone and you cant order online. Seems Gulf Shores is in need of a pizza entrepreneur that can deliver.

I have had two bad experiences back to back. My last order the pizza was not even warm when it arrived. I had to put in the oven. My order today the cheese wasn’t melted on my cheese sticks. They were absolutely horrible. I’m going to have to take my business elsewhere. The pizza and service has totally declined.

Dont order in lake Stevens. They will ignore your order for a long time until they can say it isn't doable anymore. They are also very unhelpful with orders on the phone. Tried to do both call and online to have them ignore the order and void it from what seems like laziness.

Had probably the worse customer service I've ever had in my whole 37 years of life tonight. Ordered pizza, 2 of 3 pizzas were correct. Called to let them know, so-called manager was rude, yelling, and didn't want to do anything to make up for it. the last 2 times we have ordered from here and these last 2 times the orders weren't right. Manager proceeded to hang up on us 3 times, and told us that we were messing up everyone else's orders by calling. made a complaint online and all I got was an email saying to call the store back and speak with a manager..... lol. we did. we tried. 3 times. I would like to speak to the managers boss, or owner of this franchise if I can.

Absolutely horrible pizza. Took over two hours to deliver. Forgot half the order. Too worried about delivering to somebody else at the same hotel never had me sign my slip or gave me a slip. Called multiple times to try to get a hold of the store. No one answered. Finally delivered missing part of the order which was freezing cold. Still forgot to have me sign or give me a receipt. Came back to my hotel again and had me sign it. Absolutely terrible.

Horrible service. Got rotten pizza sauce and I called about it and they said if I don’t like the taste it’s my fault. The manager has poor customer service. I got it delivered and I had to go to the store just to show them that it was expired and after she smelled it and agreed it was she still did not care. Y’all definitely lost a customer today.

Papa John's has terrible delivery service when I called they said my order was on its way and it would be there in less than 5 minutes. they have good pizza but terrible delivery service I had to keep calling every 15 minutes asking where my order for delivery was. I cannot describe how aggravated I am at the lack of customer service nowadays... Always wrong... sweet pizza sauce sucks... just over giving them chances... Papa John's Pizza ... Ordered new NY style pizza. Ordered it extra sauce, extra pepperoni, Extra mushrooms, light cheese... Also ordered 4 extra garlic sauces... ***We received... regular pizza, not NY style... looked like hardly any sauce... regular cheese.... few pieces of pepperoni... no mushrooms... 1 garlic sauce... ?Yal ? The ? Sticker ? on ? top ? of? the ? box ? had ? it ? all ? listed...? and ? they ? still ? got ?it ? wrong... When I showed driver it was wrong, he called his boss and his boss told him he had other deliveries to get to so we needed to call the store (the boss is literally AT THE STORE). We have already waited 1 hour for this food. He then took that pizza with him. When we called store they said they would re-do it and bring it when they got another driver. Asked how long... they said could be another hour... SERIOUSLY?!?!?!? Got pizza remake... has pepperoni and mushrooms... but barely any... and STILL don't have my dang garlic sauces... WHY IS THE WORLD LIKE THIS?!?!?!?

I called the mgr and he seems clueless, absolutely no managerial training whatsoever. I am disgusted my your service!

they have hours posted but are not there during the hours posted. Who closes on New Years on the beach???? We are locals and Papa Johns pizza is our favorite but we can't get it here. The Papa Johns in Gulf Shores closed so we had to go to OB...The last time we were able to get a pizza the gentleman said it would be a long wait because he had no help....PAPA JOHNS franchise, either open or close!!!!!!!!

I keep trying to give people the benefit of the doubt, I don't know why. Service was terrible, manager was very unhelpful, customer service line was worthless. Over 2 hours to get cold unedible pizza, never got a response back even though I requested a call back from management. Gonna dispute the charges because I should not pay for their mistakes.
