DON’T order from this store. The girl working is rude and doesn’t care. The food isn’t correct and they don’t give you what you pay for. God forbid you call them and tell them the order is wrong and things are missing. They will hang up on you or keep you on hold all night. The girl working wouldn’t even give her name. The most terrible experience I’ve had ANYWHERE! You will regret ordering delivery from this store. Idk where the manager is, but he or she won’t help either. “Sir, it’s only $2.58” that is NOT the point. Well, we ordered delivery again and the same fiasco happened tonight. I’ve called corporate, and they’ve been notified and gave me all my money back. Do yourself a favor, don’t order from here

Two weeks in a row, and several other times in the past this location has sent out orders with entire food items missing, and always leaves out the sauces. Any time I call the store I get sent straight to hold because they don't want to deal with it apparently. I had a remake from the call center and half of the new order was still missing 30 min later. Order from literally any other pizza place than this Pizza Hut, the food has sucked here recently also

We had pizza delivered to our room. It took absolutely forever. And then when I finally received it My app said it was delivered at eleven 08, but it actually wasn't delivered until eleven forty eight. They took at least forty five minutes longer than they said they would. And then doordash delivered instead of pizza hut. So it was very confusing And frustrating

I ordered a pizza and gave them ridiculous wrong info (I'm on vacation- maybe had a beer or 10). Delivery dude catches my error and texts me- pizza delivered to the correct place with no hassle. Brilliant work on all parties involved except for me. Thanks guys- my kids would have never have let me live that down!

First time. Take out order. Paid ahead with tip for single pizza. No service on arrival. Was told Red pepper package was a Dollar extra (thought it was a joke) it wasn’t. Opened up and no doubt worst Pizza Hut quality ever. Not

After seeing so many bad reviews, I had to leave this.. food was great! It couldn’t be delivered to my room (in a hotel) we had to walk down to the lobby but they were very short staff so I understand. Food was all correct and tasted great.

I now understand why this store has such low reviews. First rule of the pizza business, if you make a mistake you fix it or make the customer happy. Last night I ordered a large pan pizza for carryout. They made me pay for it with a credit card before showing it to me and then presented me with a large thin crust. No offense to Pizza Hut but I could get that same pizza at Domino's for about $8 instead of about $14. When I complained that this is not what I had ordered I was offered to have to wait while they made me a medium pizza instead. No other compensation or sympathy was offered. I didn't pay for a medium pizza I paid for a large pizza. I took the thin crust but I doubt I'll be back. Terrible customer service.
