We ordered smoothie bowls and one of the Be Berry Sting bowls came with coconut which--and we checked the description multiple times--does not come with coconut. When I went up and asked if they could get us the correct bowl, the lady said, "the Be Berry Sting comes with coconut, he got exactly what he asked for." Smoothie bowls were good the service was not.

I've been to a few locations of smoothie king. but i don't know what it is about this one. but the employees just don't seem to care. period. Not to mention in a day where a cashier expects a tip and they're not waitresses they're not waiters they're doing what they get paid for. tips are just something that can be given. it's not expected in their line of work but they sure expect it. and if you don't give them extra money they don't treat you well. not bag up the items. I've had deliveries and the drivers tell me that they requested to have the stuff put in a bag but if they were going to wait on them to get it done, it would have been another 10 minutes probably. I just don't know what's happened. I don't like giving reviews like this, but then if it is deserved,...

It is so exciting that Orange Beach has their own Smoothie King now! I stopped by last week to get my favorite Angel Food drink. It was absolutely amazing! Probably the best I’ve ever had!Would highly recommend this location!

Absolutely will be coming back. The service was amazing. The workers were so polite and even though I'm picky were very patient with me. The smoothie was delicious. Going to make it a weekly thing for sure!!!!
