As a local I come all the time they normally have good attitudes and try to get you in and out quickly today was no exception friendly and very clean service was prompt. The store has recently been remodeled and everything looks fresh. The food was good and the employee was very nice

While in gulf shores this weekend at a golf tournament I tried to get subway's offer two for 1 12"sub sandwiches. Tried for 24 minutes but internet would not let me order. So I called & told me I had to go on web for the special. I drove I. And paid for both subs Only open until 7 pm on Saturday night

I placed a pick up order so I wouldn’t have to wait in line. I showed up late to pick up and saw my sandwich was not on the pick up station. There was a long line so I figured they were super backed up. As I waited for 30 mins in line I didn’t see them make my sandwich. When it’s finally my turn I ask about my pick up order and they tell me it’s been ready just sitting behind the counter where I can’t get it. My sandwich sat there for an hour. It was cold and soggy and there was no reason for me to wait in line other than the fact they forgot to put it out on the pick up station. Very annoyed. They definitely wasted my time. 6/22

Horrible employees not all but some. More specifically the young black girl. Lazy. On her phone. Claims sandwiches are completed and you go to pick up only to find nothing was done and she is n her car smoking on the phone. She then blesses u out. I asked for the owners phone. Nope. Just drive to jersey Mikes a little further. Better food and waaaaay better service

It 6:30 pm. Pulled up, they are only taking online orders and then the online orders don’t work. Tried to go in, door is locked. Tried to call, no answer and I can see the employee in the back
Couldn’t do either dine in or take out because they are closing down before time. That’s twice we’ve stopped in and they were closed before 4 pm. Closed before 5 o’clock Saturday and I usually end up spending almost $50.00 every time I get super. Your loss someone else gain.

Very sweet and kind people, but they are never open their posted store hours and it's extremely frustrating and at this point comical. Here we have 5:30pm on Monday and no one in sight. The door says open till 7 but locked. Really tired of trying to come here for the better service only to have this happen. I understand staffing issues, but this has really gotten out of hand. It's been like this for the past at least 3 months.

Subway is a place you can build a sandwich the way YOU want it. You can have it healthy or not so, choices you can make. And those choices are almost endless. I like most have my favorites but sometimes I try something different, and it's good, you can do that at Subway.

This restaurant is absolutely AMAZING!!! the 2 young ladies you have working today July 1, 2022 are life savers!! They helped me more than they could imagine today!!
