This is one of the best pizzas on the beach. Fast service and a pleasant crew working. Meats and vegetables are very fresh and tasty. They have a delivery area they serve after 4p daily.

We went here last year on vacation, food and service was great, no one from last years staff is back and it shows. The place is dirty, food was over cooked and cold and the staff is 100% rude! Bring back last years crew, they were much better! Avoid this place this year, not worth the money, go to the chain place next door, it’s better!

We went in to this place on March 26, 2024 because they did not appear to be busy. No one in the dining area. We were not advised of a wait time when we ordered, nor were we told of a 3% fee to use a card. Had we been told it was going to be an hour wait, we would not have ordered. After 45 mins I asked for a refund and was told it was in the oven so we waited. The pizza was meh. The cheesy garlic bread was basically a big hoagie roll with way to much butter and a layer of cheese. If I could give "0" stars for service, I would. 2 med pizza's, cheesy bread, a salad and 4 bottled drinks (fountain drink was out of order) cost us $67. We do not recommend and won't be going back.

We just happened to be in the shopping center when we decided to get lunch. We have the BEST luck sometimes! The pizza was great. The staff was super friendly. It will be our pizza stop if we ever come to Orange Beach or Gulf Shores again.

It was a really busy night and they choose to drop the salads due to poor quality of their supply. It would have been easy for them to just chalk it up to be one of those nights however they did not. Both the kitchen and the female front manager did their best to make things right by nights end. I appreciate the perseverance and character that took. I will be back!

Amazing service and great tasting pizza! We arrived from out of town and decided on pizza for an easy meal. Being spring break, everything was busy.I wasn't surprised that our order was taking longer than the expected 30 minutes. Back when I was in school I worked at a pizza joint and I know how chaotic it can get with huge surges of customers.So after an hour passed, I thought I would call to check the status of our order. I waited on hold for over 20 minutes and I could just picture the phone lines being slammed with pizza orders.Finally, a very helpful young woman, with a kind (not stressed out) voice, answered and asked what she could do for me. I said I was checking on our order. And she said, "Sure, I can check. What's your name and order number?"After providing those details she said, "OH, oh, hold on." Back on hold.She came back on and said, "I am so, so sorry. I am just going to be honest with you. When we got to your order, we ran out of cheese."I couldn't believe it. I've heard of running out of toppings, but never cheese at a pizza place. I said really? And she said yes I am so, so sorry. We have been slammed tonight. I told her I understood and could only imagine.She offered an incredible offer to take care of us the next day or while we were on vacation. Even though we were hungry and I realized we would have to order elsewhere I agreed. Like I said, back in the day, I've been in this situation where all heck breaks loose and people start losing it. Not here, everyone kept their cool and their service level at a 10 out of 10.All of a sudden, I heard some hooting and hollering in the background and I was told to hold on again.My friendly gal said, I think we are going to still get your pizza to you. I said really? She said yep, we're making a dash for more cheese and we will get it made.She also said they would honor the deal they made for us and still deliver the pizza for us for free for the hassle.I can't tell you how much I appreciate Surfside Pizza's hustle. Their honesty in leveling with me and their commitment to getting the job done blew me away.I am so thankful for small businesses like this. These are the people that keep America running. A positive attitude and a get r done mindset is the heartbeat of every successful small business. Surfside Pizza hits it out of the park.Oh, and how was the pizza?One of the best I've ever had! Fantastic thin crust. Fresh toppings, perfect golden tan on the cheese. Every bite was a memory I won't soon forget.

Don't anyone order from here. They make you pay on the phone even if you are picking it up and they have a line of 20 people in the store all waiting on their pizza in which none has been even started... Nobody here knows what their doing. Basically they make you pay and then they don't make the pizza....

We knew it would be an hour before it would be ready, but we waited an additional hour at the store before it was actually done.The operations were in a bit of a tailspin with orders backed up, delivery screw ups, lack of communication on order status for customers, and many frustrated customers. If we wouldn't have pre-paid, we would have walked out.

Appreciated online ordering, didn’t appreciate getting to the last screen to find out they charge 3.25% to use a credit card. They initially completely forgot to make the wings we ordered so we had to wait for those, but I appreciated the way they expedited it when they realized they were missing.Traveling with kids with food allergies so I was excited to see gluten free pizza as an option. My son is allergic to dairy so we ordered a “heavy” pepperoni pizza with no cheese. There was barely any sauce, “heavy” pepperoni had 1-2 pieces on a slice, it looked burnt, but worst of all was the hair we found on three completely different pieces of pizza. Absolutely disgusting.
