Best breakfast all week! Our server, Marshall was attentive with some humor sprinkled in. I ordered the Spanish omelet, which came with a biscuit with cane butter, and grits. The sweetness of the sugary butter balanced nicely with the spicy chorizo in the omelet. Marshall perfectly accommodated my husband's special requests. We will definitely make this a visit on our next trip to GS/OB.
I brunch at Ruby regularly. The food is always delicious, and the staff is stellar! I tend to avoid the longer wait times by sitting at the bar, where Nate is always keeping folks happy and engaged in their dining experiences. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Ruby Slipper for breakfast, the menu is great. Don't leave without trying the beignets, they were better than ones we had in New Orleans. Great service, plenty of seating inside or on patio. Definitely recommend this place.
