I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times throughout the years and every time I go My food is undercooked with an extremely long wait. The last time I’ve been was March 28, 2024 around 10 am. My boyfriend and I walked in and were told there would be a 45 minute wait. Ok! No problem we were willing to wait.An hour and 20 minutes later we get our food. Cold. Freezing cold. I ordered the “Smothered Meat Lovers Omelet” which had the undercooked clear part of the egg showing and burnt bread that tasted stale. I couldn’t get through half of it and I’m not a picky eater at all!!My boyfriend ordered the regular Belgium waffle. He even double checked with the person at the register to make it regular and was given a plate with whipped cream everywhere and a cheap strawberry sauce piled on top.Overall I did not enjoy the food whatsoever, I have tried multiple times just hoping it would get better because the coffee and ice cream is amazing!!

This place is very deceiving at first glance. Cute decor and quite cozy. Their home made coffee flavors are to die for and yes I spent $15 to bring some home!! HOWEVER… the service is terrible, the wait is ridiculous, the overall flow of how things go needs serious help. If you want to stay and eat, you wait in a line only to finally get to the counter and be told there is a 45min to an hour wait for food!! At that point, you do what anyone would do and order food hoping the girls at the front are wrong. Yes it’s spring break and yes most everywhere has an hour or better wait for brunch. But a little info goes a long way when you walk in not when you wait to wait some more. When you are a business owner and you are in a destination location, you should have everyone you have on the payroll working. There should be more than 2 people making coffee, and there should be someone cleaning tables. All you need is a couple people as wait staff to sit people, take food orders, and make sure your dining area is clean. Then the line for coffee can be strictly for coffee and gelato. This way the coffee freaks get their coffee in a timely manner and the people eating are taken care of. Don’t mess with people’s coffee, it can be dangerous!! There was not one table that was clean! So I did what anyone would do, I cleaned a space for my family and me to eat and the observations began. The others like us waiting for food because they were caught in the line like us, looked very unhappy. There was at least one full table per day that was getting their food comp’d for the lack of service and the wait times. We stayed at the indigo so we came through here a lot!! The girls behind the counter are so rude and I’m sorry to say this but dumb! You might need to be cognizant that there are multiple people with the same name in the same place. A few tweaks here and there would make this place sing!! But the first place to start is your staff. Nice, smart, quick on their feet, problem-solvers, and patient are all great qualities for food service!!! You want to sell more decor? Make it easy to come in and WANT to stay awhile, not leave super angry, or they will never come back or even trust another location!

Tried the chicken biscuit and salted caramel latte. The latte was rich and creamy and had great flavor. The chicken biscuit was good. The chicken patty wasn’t a hand battered piece of chicken but was still tastey and the honey brought it all together. The vibe of the shop is very mellow and welcoming.

We're huge fans of this restaurant because food is always good and the coffee is great. The items for sale are typically well made and fairly priced. We had the pear salad with a veggie wrap. My only issue is that the person ringing us up was not friendly at all. My wife and I have noticed that some of the employees need a remedial training on how to be happy! But overall very impressed!

As a local, I frequent this establishment regularly as I usually enjoy their coffees and food. However, the atmosphere has always what brings me back…until today. As I was eating my delicious panini and drinking my peanut butter latte, the manager proceeds to berate employees in front of all customers and other employees as she sat at a table in the restaurant seemingly giving performance reviews. She was very loud and divulged private information that I could plainly hear. Secondly, the manager was rude to the employees. It was very uncomfortable. This is not how you should treat people.

I’ve never been to a place with slower service. Otherwise it would be 5 stars but 15 minutes to wait for a girl to take my order with only two people in front of me at a coffee place is ridiculous! If you want your time wasted come here! The atmosphere is great. The food is par, and my iced coffee was 75% ice cubes!

We biked over and had lunch with our dog. The Turkey avocado panini and soup was delicious.

Coffees were good. The store is adorable. We didn't try any pastries but they looked yummy. Staff were nice. Things were a bit over priced but we enjoyed sitting and drinking our coffees on a rainy afternoon.

Definitely a tourist stop! Need beach decor? They have it all here. Lots of unique treasures to be found. Gelato freezer as you enter catch your eye and the flavors are varied. Latte flavor of the month is advertised as well as they normal Flavors. A wide variety if individual wrapped pastry available. Scones, cookies, muffins, brownies. Full breakfast and lunch sandwiches are available in house or to go. Higher than average cost...tourist prices! WiFi is strong and space is available to work at.
