My meal was clearly rushed. The customer service was terrible. They are rushing when placing an order & clearly with cooking the food. I have two different types of fries in my box. The ones at the top are the ones that aren’t cooked all the way or are too soft or too hard. This is ridiculous especially when spending my money on something that’s not worth nothing. Will NOT be back.

Trui is so unprofessional. If a customer calls about a compliant that the food wasn't fresh and it is cold. However him as a manager refused to refix the order even when we agreed to bring the food back. He stated food cost to much to refix the order. Also he said you can call the police who does DAT???. That says one thing about his character he might need to get a new career or a change of heart go get born again bcuz you have issues. Bye now

Ordered for my son and me through DoorDash. My Philly Cheesesteak was delivered to me blistering hot; however, the fries were cold and half cooked. If they had been fresh cooked to order they would've arrived piping hot too. BUT, there is never, ever, EVER a good reason to serve half cooked fries - EVER!!! Leave them in the fryer and allow them to cook until they are done - STOP RUSHING THEM BY PULLING THEM EARLY. The sandwich was decent, but cold half cooked fries will get a one star rating EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

Well, for starters the girl that took our order was wearing a crop top. I lost my appetite a bit I mean you are working around peoples food. What happened to the days of people wearing clothes? Very unprofessional if you ask me. And she was very rude as well. It also took forever to get our food. Could have been because the cook was high while advertising for Marijuana with his cap on his head. I will not be going back to this location. Do better.

Try their Garden Salad. I get mine with ranch. Its soooooo good. It comes with banana peppers, onion, pickles, cucumbers, cheese, tomato, and cut lettuce. The ingriedients are always fresh! We also regularly get their fries and just eat those for lunch. They are always cooked to perfection. They are efficient and always very kind. I appreciate them!! The wings were good. The sauces less than stellar, in fact, a little watery. I had the Family Gold (honey mustard) and the Garlic Parm with fries. The fries would have been good with some salt and ketchup after they went cold. The Garlic Parm was not very garlicky or parmy. Not bad for fast food delivery on the whole.

This was my first experience at American Deli. What a treat. I order the chicken tenders ,with the fries. This is one of those times that I could say, that. I was left surprise. Both the fries, and the chicken tenders were so hot, that I would have walked into any the gheto with confident, knowing that if someone had attempted to assault me. I would have used both the fries, and the chicken tenders as a form of self defense. My agressors would of had been scalded. If they had attempted to assault me. For once no luke warm chicken tenders or soggy frys that remids me of a mother bird feeding a worm to its chick. I have no idea if it was just my lucky day, being father's day. Not only that the staff made me feel as if I was on some sort of game show, like the price is right. As even the staff that had nothing to do with the customer. They said hello as well. The crew on the Quintard location in Oxford Alabama seem to have been in a festive mood, the owner of that location must be happy with that team on sunday father's day. They were excellent.

This is the worst American Deli on earth! The good was cold and the Ching Ching man got an attitude when I requested my money back!!! I went right over to Chick fil A and got hot good food! I should have went to Chick fil a to begin with...

just ordered a pic up through doordash. went to pick it up and they said they never got my ordered even though i paid for it and it was confirmed by them. had to buy another meal. even though i showed them the order on my phone. i am no karen and hate being this way i am 21 years old and most of the cashiers there are you ger rhan me, so i feel for them. BUT this is absolutely ridiculous
