My steak had too much grissle, but everything else was good.We had three people with food sensitivities; we had looked online and called the corporate number. We found that all fried foods were cooked in soybean oil in the same deep fryer, so nothing fried could be considered to be free from allergens. We asked the server to have the cook clean the grill before cooking our food.The menu indicated gluten free foods. This restaurant gets a bonus because the server informed the store manager about our concerns, and the manager came to our table to ensure that everyone understood what could and couldn't be done. Nobody had a reaction to any of the served food!Dietary restrictions: All fried foods are cooked in soybean oil in the same frier, and so shouldn't be considered to be free from any particular allergen.The cook will, if asked, clean the grill before cooking a meal to remove potential allergens.

We had a wonderful experience. The two for $25 steak made it affordable. It is so hard to find a place where you can afford a night out enjoying a good meal.

Everyone knows Applebees isn’t a 4 star restaurant. Ok. But, they can still strive in other ways such as actually doing their job right. I ordered dessert to go. They burned my blondie into a crisp then decided to put it at the bottom of the bag under my other desserts. I had to go back out in the cold just to get another one. Then when I get the other one, they had given me a half scoop of ice cream. Smh, it’s sad actually that these businesses play with peoples food and money the way they do. If you don’t want to work at Applebees then don’t work there, simple as that . Also, just do the job you were hired to do. That’s the bare minimum. People are so lazy and careless, it’s disgusting.

If I could give a lower score, I would. Absolutely worst service I ever received. Food was either over cooked or under cooked. Waited 10 minutes for refill of our tea and then had to stop another waitress to get it then.

I can't deny, until this trip my wife and I hadn't visited an Applebee's in over twenty years (yes, years) because the service was so awful. All this time later and this visit was more of the same! We sat at our table for over an hour before we were even greeted and given glasses of water! When our "order" finally came, it was both cold and incorrect. Not once did anyone apologize or even explain why. Never coming here again...fool us once...
