My family has enjoyed Arby's for years so it's a go to when traveling. On this particular visit at the store in Oxford our food was great. The poor folks working 3 total, were greatly overwhelmed, and visibly frustrated. Having been in the service industry I understand and had no problem with a little slower service than normal. Kudo's to the staff that day,we were satisfied.

Manager offered me a refund for order I placed at 11pm but never received due to location being seemingly closed. Never got this refund, was still charged for the whole order that I never received and mind you that is money that could have been used to get food that I could have actually received, but instead they never gave it back like they promised they would and then told my friends we were lying about the store being closed but we were not. The drive through never went off automatically like he insisted it did and nobody came to the window when my friend pulled up just in case. I would like my money back, please.edit: refund received, thank you for resolving this issue, review was changed accordingly.
On March 29th around 11:00pm myself and two other coworkers made individual mobile app orders. When my coworker went to pick up the orders they were closed. I called the next evening and spoke to an extremely rude gentleman who stated he was in charge. After being accused of lying he finally agreed to send the information to his boss so a refund could be issued. Myself and my coworkers have still not received our refunds.
Ordered 2 Apple turnovers and got 2 cherry with icing all over the wrapper it came in. They cant answer the phone either to try and resolve the issue.

An employee on break was talking loud and using profanity sitting on at a booth in the restaurant. She was on her phone and was talking about the music that was really too loud itself. I asked to speak to the manager and she just quietly said, I'm sorry. I asked should I call Corporate and she said probably! So this is my opportunity to have a voice. I was traveling through Douglasville, GA. but will never stop at that Arby's again. The only other customers were 2 elderly couples who were highly offended as well!

We tried the deluxe fish sandwich. We were very disappointed. They were not fresh and hot.The buns looked like they had been smashed. They are also dry and burnt. The fish was a little over cooked. They had way too much sauce on them. We will stick with the turkey gyros or roast beef sandwich.
