Good ice cream friendly staff, alas no waffle bowls!

First I had to wait while staff was playing around. Then Serenity made my Hot Fudge Sunday by placing two little ribbon of chocolate on top of the whip cream. When I complained she remade it with the chocolate over flowing on all sides of the cup. And laughed when I ask for manager. She was real smart wasting this owners money.

Every time I’ve gone, they are very limited to what they have. Every trip has been a waisted trip. Was excited about having a Baskin Robbins in our area again, but this location gives Baskin a bad name. Very disappointing.

Do not get a waffle cone! It was tough and not crunchy like it should’ve been. Went back and told them and he said that they were all like that it was the humidity. I know a place that have crunchy and fresh waffle cones. This is unacceptable, I will not be back.

Hobe is a very good employee very respectful and fast Also the store is by far the cleanest keep up the good work I love all the donuts and coffee

To many employees on inside, seems prices could be cheaper without over staffing. Dunno though. Ice cream always taste good. Bagels are usually fresh.

Kind service, clean establishment. However, they were out of World Class Chocolate and Very Berry Strawberry. Unfortunately, there wasn't any in the back freezer either. Highly disappointing and this was the second location I visited in one day. I guess, no ice cream for me. Sad face.

The only reason I go here is because my wife likes it. They never have any ice cream you want and they always manage to screw up the order.

They had a coupon for a free waffle bowl with ice cream purchase. I asked for one and was told that they were out. Then another worker told me with the weather rainy it makes them soggy. So I asked for a pre pack didn't have my flavor but could make me one for $4 more!!! No thank you won't pay over $10 for a quart of ice cream!!! So I got a scoop on a sugar cone, well the ice cream tasted freezer burnt and soft!!! Not happy at all!!!!?

Customer service is terrible. Employees are not present and attentive w/ their jobs behind the counter, & drive thru.

Mapquest has the wrong location. Its at the corner of Snow in the same store as Dunking Donuts.

I go to this Dunkin all the time. I’ve been to Dunkin Donuts all over the country, and for whatever reason, this particular store messes up my order every single time I go there.
