Chick filet never ever has disappointed. We RV so I'm always looking for one. I'm always satisfied. Best tea and food. I love the whole menu. Thus is our go to fast food joint we will drive the distance if need be to find it. Breakfast, lunch or dinner. I love there soup. So when u get sick remember they have soup. We normally get 2 sandwiches and tea fir 20$
Something is off with their grilled chicken English muffin sandwich. Just has a weird funky taste. Everything else was just fine. Be nice if they opened on Sundays. Thinking out of the box, maybe hire non religious people to work Sundays! Boom all problems solved and chick fil A makes a bunch more money!

Came through around 2:00 PM on March 26th 2024.Got a grilled chicken wrap for lunch. After eating it, I became violently ill. Only thing I had to eat today. Started off with a headache and feeling light headed. Quickly turned worse. I wouldn’t wish this upon anyone. This is so bad I probably won’t ever eat Chick-fil-A again.
Me and my boyfriend went through the drive thru after we had went shopping, me and him both got a chick-fil-a sandwich meal. After we ate them we noticed that the sandwich tasted weird and my boyfriend got very dizzy and lightheaded, i just felt light headed. We eat chick-fil-a a lot because it’s my favorite place to eat but we’ve never been to this chick-fil-a but we will never go back again.

The small things adding up is what led to this review…After accidentally giving me fried nuggets instead of grilled nuggets (which we were goin to give to our pups as a treat) when we had went in and informed the employees that there was a mistake, instead of asking if we would like it before they threw it away they just threw it away in front of us when it could’ve been used instead of wasted. Let’s try to help you environment guys instead of wasting food we don’t have to waste!I don’t know if it’s company policy to throw things away automatically like such but this did NOT sit well with myself or my partner.It just didn’t feel right to throw something away so easily when it could’ve been used…. Who knows maybe some raccoons will have some good food for dinner tonight hahaFood was alright but there was something a bit off we had noticed in every item compared to the Chic fil a’s we normally go to in the Carolinas. It was quite odd, there was an after taste of chemicals in the chicken and pickles.Also can’t do a survey unless you have a recipe # so don’t accidentally throw your recipe away if you want to review! Tried calling to get number but unfortunately the employees cannot lookup the transaction. The employees did nothing wrong but the survey system they have going on here shouldn’t be this hard to try to review on a survey. The recipe could’ve stated “you need the code in order to participate in a survey.”The bathrooms are so heavily fragranced that you gotta cover your nose or your throat will start burning, I hate to complain about something small as such but it was so bad I cannot not say anything lolNo biggie, whatever but just a lot of small things adding up. Normally chic fil a goes above and beyond service… but this time eh…It could be worse but this place could definitely be better and they could definitely have a better/ updated system within the company.Really hate to complain on here publicly by bringing the reviews down instead of just being able to complete a simple online survey form by giving them personal feedback.. but nope.

Went and took my grandkids to eat for a late lunch and it was busy as it always is bc it’s a great place to go eat. Line moved fast and orders all correct. The food came out as we set down. The cashier Aaliyah was very professional and we even talked about what we have and haven’t tried yet. She was still on top of every thing. Very friendly and she never rushed even though there were others waiting to order. They had 3 cashiers working and all were sweet. My props to Aaliyah for doing an amazing job. Braxton was working the floor and I don’t think a single person had to go ask for anything bc he was nonstop cleaning and getting refills without anyone having to ask. He asked the kids if they would like a wipe with their ice cream and even asked if they would like some water. He was such a sweetheart and every restaurant needs a Braxton.
