What a wonderful experience we had at this chicken salad chick!One of the workers graciously held the door open for us and we walked right in, no line.Everything was fresh and the portions were nice sizes. It was clean and everyone we encountered was very friendly.Highly recommend the grape salad!Great place for lunch.

Order was obviously not checked. Ordered 2 scoops and grape salad side. When I called to let them know it was wrong, they told me I could drive 30 minutes to get replacement. I had to reorder from door dash, with a credit applied, but still had to spend some extra to get correct order.

No complaints at all, friendly staff, clean dining and bathrooms, and above all the food was great! I ordered a scoop of Fancy Nancy with a side of Pasta Salad (9.19), my friend ordered a scoop of Dixie Chick with a side of Broccoli Salad (9.19), Reg Soda (2.19). We both were happy with our meal which also comes with crackers and a cookie.
Clean facility. Incredibly kind staff. Bathrooms spotless. They also help the community by employing handicapped peoples.

When you can't get anyone to take your order in the drivethru so you drive to window and she says they are short staffed. Then proceeds to say that she CAN NOT take your order at the window....you must go back around the drive thru. This happened in Oxford, AL location. What has the world come to??
